They seemed really short staffed. I had to go to the front desk at least 3 different times because the bathroom didn't have enough washcloths or a blanket that didn't have spots on it. So I waited about a hour and went back to the front desk, thinking maybe they needed to wash some but he still said they had none gave me more hand towels and then found 1 more wash cloth. Luckily I do bring my own, so we had just enough. But was a bad smell upon entering the facility and aslo not well lit inside. Didn't look like this on Expedia.

We specifically searched for a hotel with a pool and hot tub. The hot tub that is very clearly in multiple pictures was full of concrete. The pool didn't have a working filter. The water was murky and had a large pile of long human hair floating in it. The room itself was nice, but not super clean. There was hair in the shower before we even got into it. Definitely not a place we will ever consider again.

There was a major stain on our comforter( blood ) . We put in in the hall for them to grab . They said they would bring a new one , nothing. I had to ask 3 times until someone finally grabbed one for me to carry up myself . The pool was so cloudy we could not see our feet on the steps. I did jump in but did not feel safe it either had too much chemicals or probably just needed cleaned real bad . They had what could have been a nice outside area but the ashtray was knocked over 100s of cigarette butts on the ground . The staff just seam to not care . I come to the area a lot for business and pleasure trust me there are lots of hotels in the area don’t stay here

No air conditioning in the lobby. One elevator out of service. No streaming services. No charging stations.

The a/c was not working in our room and we didn't realize until we woke in the morning at the room was still 83 degrees. It was set on cool at 66 degrees with no change. We had to checkn in late (midnight). There was no chance to complain due to The access panel in the shower was hanging down and the bath faucet was loose. We booked for 4 people and were only given 2 shower towels. When I called the front desk, it just rang. I stopped down to the desk and the attendant was polite and went and got me a towel right away. The room was clean and spacious.

Good location, safe, quiet and comfortable. The WiFi was not working when in room & cell service was poor but when we walked into the hall/elevators, the WiFi worked.

We didn't get the room we booked, we book a standard king, upon check-in I was told they only have double queens due to overbooking. Not horrible but then go up to our room. It was very hot but just figured it needed turned on or something. Get somewhat unpacked. Start trying to figure out the A/C unit, it's on and set for 60F but just not working. I went down the the desk and was told we have nobody on maintenance tonight, we can put you in an accessible room but that's our only option. We accepted but are traveling with 2 toddlers that usually bath and the accessible rooms have showers and now have to move ourselves and our kids to the new room. But as we looked around during our stay the maintenance on this place was atrocious, the curtains were severely torn (both rooms), holes in the cushions at the seems, no bedding for the pull out bed, both our rooms had 2 sets of towels when we filled out it's a family of 4 at booking, makeup mirror had rusted off in the bathroom at a joint on the arm and just left it on the floor, there was a terribly patched hole in the ceiling in the bathroom where I assume the was once an exhaust, many lightbulbs in ceiling fixtures throughout the halls were burnt out, the indoor pool was freezing cold, the carpet was peeling up in many spots throughout the 3rd floor, I'm sure I can think of more I saw but it just appeared to be zero care or concern to maintain their facility. The only redeeming quality the front staff were very pleasant.

We found items from other guests under the furniture and the couch beds could definitely use replacing. We stayed in 2 different rooms and both couches needed renewed.
-
Spacious, clean and quiet accommodation.

Found a vape in our couch on check-in and the air conditioner didn't work. The staff sent up to look at the air conditioner was not at all helpful.

When we arrived the hotel lobby had a fowl smell. I ignored it. The hallways had a different bad odor, then the room had its own bad odor. The lobby seemed very dark, and the hallways too. When we went to our room that be said was ready and it had not been touched. Food garbage, bed linens slept on and balled up on the bed, dirty towels all over the floor. We immediately left. They gave us a refund and blamed “the system”. My gut feeling was to run. Im glad I did. I definitely will not attempt to book with them again.

There was no breakfast, although the website said it was included.

The pull out couch looked very shoddy . I didn’t even sit on it . It was fine for a one night stay , but wouldn’t stay again .
-
Cleaning staff was pleasant Hispanic guy and black lady at the front desk were polite There was no breakfast Young Hispanic girl at the front desk was very rude
-
There is no spa jacuzzi, there was no bar, pool was cold and no towels. TV didn't work and the shower was cold water.
-
Avoid this facility as they will scam you and not answer their phones when Expedia attempts to get your refund. Honestly just sleep in your car.
-
It had towels and TV Dirty bathroom, broken bed, used coffee pods stacked in with new ones, 1 working elevator, no breakfast service was offered to guests May 24.
-
Carpet was also gross, felt like there was some sort of grit wherever you walked.
-
We over heard that they were short on cleaning staff. I also received a request to rate the breakfast after our stay. We thought it was funny as there wasn’t one offered.
