The room was very beat up. Burn marks in bathroom. Torn couch, looked like red paint spots on sheets

It was standard, nothing really special. Location fit our needs. The room was OK, the mattress is close to replacement. Thew couch was not too comfortable. A lounge chair would have been nice. TV was weird; channels could only be changed one at a time. The bathroom was adequate, the toilet was way too low and always blocked by the door. Shower was good. Breakfast was very good.

The staff were very nice and professional. My room wasn't as clean as it has been before. There were some stains on ceiling. It looked like the person he was in the room before placed something on the ceiling.

We've stayed here at this hotel before. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and good breakfast selections. Unfortunately they now charge to park.

This is the best place, i will never stay anywhere else when in the Columbus area.

This particular hotel was loud at times with unattended children running down the hallways screaming and being disruptive in the evening hours. Also, the drive way into the hotel parking lot is riddled with large potholes.

The entire hotel was very clean and staff were nice and helpful! There was complementary laundry for guests which was a huge plus for a family traveling! The pool was clean and open. Breakfast was fabulous!

Room was okay. TV was hard to navigate. No TV channel guide in room. No additional blankets in room.

Clean kitchen and living area Too many kids/people in the pool area which is what we came for water was everywhere from people diving in 3ft water no towels we left after 5 mins breakfast was below expectation for pricing

Why did your location stop meat with breakfast on Saturdays? Only sausage gravy was available.

Location is main reason I stay here They need get new fire alarm system, went off in error no one know how turn it off . After multiple fire trucks and firefighters, and over two hours with deafening noise they were able to shut off - I was told by another person thus had happened many times before- so I’d say they need get new systems soon- several people went ahead and checked out early because of it
