The pool was fabulous and the hot tub was fantastic

A\C fan wouldn’t shut off on its own

Ive stayed here twice in 3 years. It was under renovations the first time 3 years ago, and apparently is still under renovations. Room we stayed in this time was still very outdated, had a wall AC unit, just not what I expect when I stay at a Marriot

Everything was 100%. We valat parked, and they always had at least 2people on staff if not 3 so you never waited for your car. It was very clean and well eun

Hotel was clean and the staff was extremely courteous and friendly at all hours of the day and night. Good location for the Arena district and convention center. Hotel was quiet. Plenty of hot water. Bed was extremely uncomfortable. No support at all. Odd layout of the lobby means that you cannot use take a luggage dolly from your car directly to your room. You need to transfer everything from one cart to another because of steps in the lobby. They do help you with that, though. There is no parking and no breakfast at the hotel. Parking is either via valet, at a fairly steep pricetag or blocks away at private lots (Price depends on how far away. 10 minute walk to a lot with in and out privileges). Food comes by way of a bistro in the downstairs area of the lobby. Nice atmosphere but pricey and limited. Just felt lacking for the price.

Do not plan on having any meals there....just a 'Starbucks' type kitchen. Our expensive burritos were microwaved..... Girl at the Front desk... not to friendly....and plan on having to go up stairs to get to the elevator. The valet parking staff were amazing......friendly, attentive, and very helpful. Mark, a worker wgi brought us some extra towels, very nice!

Great location friendly staff Little pricey

The room was clean and the staff were helpful (& the hot tub was actually hot). Good housekeeping. The cafe in the lobby stopped serving food pretty early. The tub was several inches higher than the bathroom floor and seems like a significant slip hazard which I didn't particularly like. No significant noise from the other rooms but there was some traffic & train noise (fairly close to the tracks). wifi was included but was inconsistent. A pretty decent stay but I would not choose it again for a longer trip.

Room was clean. Loud construction right outside window , the staff didn't seem to care.

Excellent large room that made it very convenient to walk to a concert, safely and back.
