I love the atmosphere and how it was once the tallest hotel in America and just the history of it as a beautiful place to stay the food and everything customer service was excellent

Hotel bar opens too late in day

Property and the rooms are architecturally impressive and well maintained. Front desk staff with one exception were very unprofessional. We arrived after 11 pm and were told to sit in reception for 1/2 hour due to a “software glitch”- in reality (this was later admitted) the hotel was overbooked. Rather than admitting this the staff at that time put us in a 78 degree room where the AC did not and apparently could not work. We were offered a room with only one bed or fans in the room (by this time we had also been told that the AC was being fixed, a technician would come (no one came), and that the temp would drop. Over 10 hours it dropped 2 degrees. We were moved to another room the next night and told that they would look into a refund (no commitment of any actual refund). When I happened upon another manager who asked how my stay was and I mentioned all this, we got a retaliatory call from the person who offered to contact Expedia for a refund relating that we had contacted her boss and maybe she wouldn’t ask for the refund. A mess.

Classic hotel. Beautifully renovated. Outstanding rooms. Very good location near North High Street. Very good restaurant on site. Fantastic team. However they need to improve their service upon arrival and departure.

I cannot say enough good things about the LeVeque! From its unique aesthetics to the warm and courteous staff, this is without question my favorite hotel in Columbus. It was clean, spacious and perfect in every way. We had such an incredible experience and look forward to our next stay.

Hotel Leveque is an elegant hotel full of old-world charm and modern amenities. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and impeccable. The staff were friendly and helpful and took pride in their work. The service at the Keep, the hotel's main restaurant, was painfully slow. Our meals frequently took upwards of an hour or more and often, 45 minutes or more of that time was spent waiting for our entrees. Even appetizers could take more than 30 minutes. We gave them grace because they seemed short staffed and were sincerely apologetic.

The staff was very friendly and willing to help with anything we needed. Everything went smoothly with checking in and out. The lobby, elevator, hallways and room were very clean and quiet as well. Not a fan of the automated system when you call the hotel. I would prefer to speak with a person at the desk as well as having a physical copy of the menu for room service, hotel information and not a QR code. But we figured it out!

We usually love this hotel. The location, restaurant, staff are typically very enjoyable Our room was really small for paying for a king room. The fridge had an issue overnight and we lost a bunch of food leftovers. The bathroom floor was moist and sticky.

I loved the hotel and service was great. The art was amazing. I will definitely stay there again.

The hotel is an elegant location, on point with design and guest amenities, including music of the golden era. We were enthralled with the room, celestial sky over our bed, restaurant, bar with speakeasy gas lights, warm welcome from staff and ease of everything.

They treated me great for my birthday and showered me with complimentary gifts

Checked in expeditiously and were escorted to the proper elevator. Room spacious, modern, and clean. Comfortable bed! Had dinner at the Keep restaurant; excellent. Only glitch was I booked through Expedia and selected the breakfast amenity, only the hotel had no clue that I did so and had to present my Expedia reservation for proof. Breakfast vouchers were issued and we enjoyed an excellent breakfast.

Ideally located to the Palace theater. The bar in the hotel was nice and happy hour had great, reasonably priced drinks and food. Valet parking was very convenient.

Lovely hotel, clean, comfy, conveniently located and it has a restaurant in the building. There is also a Starbucks located in the lobby. It is near a riverside park, the State Capitol building. Next year will be its centennial celebration!!! The staff are most helpful and professional.
