Nice facility but weirded out by finding a vape in the pillow case….hoping housekeeper lost it or they didn’t change out the pillow cases from the last guests.

Good stay. Close to our venue.

We were given a room key that didn't work. Once replaced we discovered the room was not the large suite we had booked. Given a new room assignment that turned out to be an occupied room. 3rd time was given a key to a new room that was the suite as booked. We were comped the room because of this mishap. Staff apologized profusely. Room was clean, quiet. Location of the hotel has great access to Polaris but is not in the crowded/busy section which is nice. Breakfast was pretty good. Bed was comfortable. Check in. Suite was poorly designed. You can't watch the TV from the bed or from the joke of a sitting area. TV does not rotate enough to see it from any area of the suite. There wasn't enough room to pull out the sofa-bed. The sofa cushions are rock hard. There's about 3 feet between the sofa and another super heavy ugly chair that can't be moved further out into the room in order to accommodate the pulling out of the sofa-bed. The furniture is old/ dated. Lamps dated. Curtains dated. Bathroom tiny, yet the fancy sink has its own huge space outside of the bath/ toilet area. Waste of space. Wet bar a waste of space. Room phone doesn't have a link to the front desk. No extra pillows available for the bed. Nothing in room that shares Information about the breakfast hours, local resources, emergency services etc. In my opinion the suite is over priced and poorly designed. It's not really a suite.

Staff, breakfast, tv watching options, pool and hot tub I think having a couple water fountains would be great.

Everything was nicely kept and no bed bugs. Was REALLY looking forward to using a hot tub for the first time since pregnancy but the hot tub was filthy. Completely unusable due to dirt in the water floating around and the jets never turned on.

The breakfast was very limited compared with other hotels with no good sausage and no bacon. The hot tub was good, very warm as expected with medium strong jets. The Wifi didn't work with my cell even though the front desk staff tried. This is a first for me.

Overall, we will be adding this hotel to our favorites list!

Room was great, close to everything we needed

The room was clean. Comfortable bed. The AC was loud. Nice big bathroom and shower. The breakfast had a good variety of hot and cold items.

It was a great experience to stay there very kind people and breakfast was awesome.

Quietness and cleanliness Staff was friendly and attentive. Better quality breakfast options like bacon, truly fresh fruit, higher quality syrup choice and pastries. Breakfast was just o.k. The "fresh fruit" looked like canned fruit cocktail, would have preferred bacon instead of saugage. The hot water dispenser for tea tasted like coffee. Not much seletion for pastries or cold cereal. No freezer compartment in the in-room frig. No plug in easily accessible at one bed side. Shower head hard to adjust and not a very good flow The nightly rate was high but I think it was due to a large event near by.

The free breakfast let me down. Eggs and oatmeal was watery.
