Hilton Garden Inn Columbus/Polaris

Frustrating check in experience. Agent didn’t have any flexibility regarding which floor our room would be on or many details regarding the buffet breakfast. We didn’t feel very welcomed upon arrival. Room was noisy with road traffic until about 11:00 PM and the HVAC unit was noisy while we tried to sleep. We didn’t eat breakfast in the morning but it looked sparse especially since it wasn’t included with our stay. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Pool Closed, Hot Tub Closed. Tried to make it better by offering a free breakfast buffet that was less than stellar by any circumstance. Out of many items early on. Centainly far from what I would expect for the price or a Hilton name on it. Highly disappointed!!!!

We had a wonderful stay! Check-in was quick and easy, and the staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax and get a great night’s sleep. Overall, we had a very positive experience and would definitely stay here again on a future visit.

The room bed and pillows were comfortable. Sadly, the pool is currently closed. The breakfast that was included was edible, but not well attended. When we ate at 9 on a Sunday, many items including the coffee, milk, and bread needed restocked even though breakfast was until 11. Sadly, nearly all staff I saw was sitting on cellphones during that time both days we were there.

Property is close to a lot of restaurants and shopping mall. Overall, it was pretty quiet. Breakfast was ok. Beds were pretty comfy, fine enough for a couple nights.

Nice buffet and room was clean. Did have noisy refrigerator but not terrible.

The experience we had was amazing. There is so many things near the hotel. The staff was amazing.

I was booked to stay here and when I arrived it was gross on the outside and dirty on the inside. I got a refund and left.

The bathroom was in bad shape ,A large mark on shower floor and the toilet needs caulking,Brought this General manager attention,He said they are remolding.These are both quick fixes

No breakfast, no coffee absolutely no apologies from any of the staff for the inconvenience desk girl just sat at counter playing on her phone. exhaust fan did not work in bathroom. Lobby area was dirty

Convenient off highway location with many restaurants within walking distance
