There is beautiful artwork throughout the hotel and even in the rooms. The staff was very helpful.

Anytime I stay here the staff is very friendly and helpful, the rooms and property is always clean.

It was a pleasurable stay!

Worth the convenience of being attached to the convention center.

Top notch on all levels. The check in was quick and friendly. The roof top bar Stories had fabulous views of the city. The location was convenient. The room was clean, the bed comfortable and the view of the city at night was a plus.

Beautiful hotel all around but don’t know if it was overall worth the price. Anyone has access to the elevators which is surprising for the price you’re paying, wasn’t really comfortable with that. There was one person working the happy hour so it was impossible to get a drink. Took 20+ minutes to get our vehicle from valet which offset our plans. The cherry on top was that our AC was set to 68 degrees and was reading 74 and was very difficult to sleep. Walls are also paper thin so being the room RIGHT by the elevator (975) we heard people singing etc. from the second we got there til about midnight. Really just bummed spending the extra money to stay here as a “luxury” and it was really sub par.

Seamless Valet Service Upon Arrival. Quick Checking Process. Room was Sparkling Clean. Location was ideal, and the hotel was quiet and restful.

Great hotel option for the arena district of Columbus giving access to nationwide arena and the clippers stadium. With restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance, I would recommend this hotel and definitely stay there again.

What an amazing facility! The rooms were clean and beautiful, and I loved all the art throughout the hotel and in our room.

Loved the location. Being downtown in the conference center was super convenient with the coffee shops and little store downstairs open late. Pizza place down the street was amazing, nice quiet area. Super clean.

meals provided by the hotel as part of the conference were very good; the "refreshment break"selections were very good We were invovled in a conference but we were set in a room far, far away in the extreme distance from the conference rooms. The staff offered us a closer room for $$$$ (this hotel is expansive thru many buildings) One day of the conference: the hotel set out the same meal choices for lunch and dinner Cost for our stay despite a "conference discounted" room was pretty hefty

I didn't really have an issue with the Property per se, this was the Second time we had our Convention on the property, it works out well for that. What I didn't like was that when I booked through this website it showed me what the total cost would be including taxes and so we split it up amongst the four people staying there. But when I got to the hotel to check in they ended up charging my card more than what the rate was which turned my bank account negative because they charged an extra almost $500 in incidental fees. What they claimed was potential damage coverage even though we haven't even started the convention. It seems to me this is something that should have been done after the event. They had our credit card on file. Why pre-charge for it. I went to discuss with them at the front desk and they would not work with us on this fee. Booking.com should check into the properties that they are booking for and verify accuracy of pricing.

Staff was super rude when checking in. We weren’t informed of a convention going on that was NOT suitable for kids.
