Drury Plaza Hotel Columbus Downtown

We really appreciated the breakfast buffet and evening kickback. Both had enough variety of food choices. Our room was overall a good value. We had the double room with king bed and fold out sofa. Both were comfortable which was a surprise give my experience with fold outs is normally miserable due to the bars at the sections. We determined that the amenities and staff were the determine facto in us using Drury Plaza in the future.

Everything was great ! In town for a concert. Parking garage was only available for one floor due to construction, but other than that it was an exceptional stay!

I understand the need for appropriate staffing and having the pool open, but due to the festivities I was in town for, I was not able to enjoy the pool or the hot tub due to the hours of operations. That was a bummer for me. Otherwise, you have an excellent facility and staff.

Fantastic amenities!! Free food and drinks in the evening and free hot buffet breakfast in morning. Food was great! Nice pool and hot tub and the room was super clean and nice!! I would definitely stay here again!!

The breakfast and dinner accommodations during our stay was most helpful as we attended all day events in the convention center attached. This way after a long day of events we did not have to travel far for dinner and started a day with a nice breakfast. Highly recommend staying here. Rooms were clean and staff was friendly.

Parking garage was a disaster. The layout was horrible and there were not enough spaces, especially if you drove anything other than a tiny car. This was made more frustrating by the fact that there was a surcharge for parking that had not been previously communicated with my reservation.

The hotel was amazing. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The food was amazing. The room was great. I got a room on the upper floor. I wish I could of gotten one overlooking the city instead of seeing a building but next time I'll make a note of it. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. Hoping to come back for the December comic con.. thank you for everything!

Breakfast was great, there was a lot of food variety and the dining area was spacious and clean. Did not have time to try the on-site restaurant/bar, but it looked good and I appreciated the cocktail voucher. Hotel felt very safe to walk around and easy to navigate. Lovely building and pleasant interactions with the staff. The room was comfortable and clean. Would stay there again. There was some confusion regarding our parking situation. When we arrived, the hotel-garage was full, so we were instructed to park in the convention-center garage next door, which itself was fine. The issue was that the other garage was pretty expensive for our over-night parking, and we weren't given a very clear explanation upfront if we would have to pay the convention-parking rate, or the hotel-parking rate.

clean room, staff was friendly, hot tub was amazing. indoor and outdoor pool, neither of them heated and the outdoor one is shaded so it doesn’t get too warm. the bedsheets are super rough. it felt like i was getting rug burn everytime i rolled over so i’d bring a blanket. there’s also no lock on the bathroom doors. microwave and fridge in room

The staff was very friendly and the hotel was kept in good shape and clean. The food included for both breakfast and dinner was very good! Would stay here again!

Absolutely loved this hotel. The staff is wonderful, amenities are great, and beds/showers are comfortable. This is the second time I've stayed here in the past 2 months, stayed with 2 different people for different shows, and I'll definitely be back for our next event in Columbus.

From the checking in experience to the breakfast on our departing morning we thoroughly enjoyed the hotel. We were impressed with the welcoming appetizers and drinks the evening we arrived. All of the staff were excellent! Our room was first rate. Can't think of anything!
