Great hotel in Easton, close to everything! Would stay here again for sure!

Reservation was cancelled when we arrived. We arrived at around 6pm and was told that the hotel was overbooked and our room was given to someone else. Very dissapointing considering we had 3 kids traveling with us. We had to scramble and find another hotel. Hilton was very helpful and got us another hotel nearby which actually turned out to be a better hotel. I think that I am still waiting on my refund for the cancelled reservation. It has been 12 days now since this happened.

Clean people were friendly Nothing

I stayed at Home2 Suites Easton for a work conference in the Bexley area. While the hotel was very well maintained, and the staff were helpful. The parking lot is not a safe location. There were three break-ins to various cars while I was there. Windows were smashed and cars were damaged. My car was not damaged, but at least 10 others were. If you stay here, don't leave anything valuable in your car and try to park up by the hotel door and not in the back of the property. That part of the parking lot is poorly lit and not monitored.

Large suite - comfortable bed On our 1st night 5 vehicles were broken into. There was no security guard for the parking lot, even though staff was aware that break-ins were a recurring problem. A security vehicle was left parked at the front of the parking lot as a deterrent but obviously had no effect. Two nights later 10 vehicles were broken into. Impossible to understand how no security was hired when the problem was so well known and currently active. Parking at owner's risk signage is clearly a dodge of responsibility for a near certainty.

Refrigerator and freezer were dirty and had food left from previous people. Staff came up and took care of situation as soon as we called.

Exceptional

Top tier experience.

The stay at this hotel was exceptional. The facilities were modern and clean and the staff very friendly. We stayed here for just one evening and it was very close to our intended destination. We always check the ratings and reviews on any hotel before we ever book a hotel through booking. This site definitely stood up to that recommendation. The breakfast was wonderful probably the best breakfast we've ever received at a hotel of this caliber. Everything was exceptional with this hotel.

The staff especially… Alison went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was excellent we were travelling with our two grown adult children and their partners for a concert. She made sure that we had everything we needed was attentive and displayed the true meaning of hospitality thank you Allison for your dedication. You make this property excel, and every way possible thank you to the Moore staff in the front desk staff in the cleaning staff that have all done exceptional jobs, and maintaining and exceeding customer expectations!

Loved everything about this Hotel The staff especially Manager Sean were exceptional helping me of a difficult situation.The staff was all polite and very helpful. This hotel is very clean, bright and new. The breakfast was awesome, wide variety and staff was right there to assist and replenish. I would not hesitate to stay there again. Not a darn thing...

Very good

It was clean and the room was large with a fridge/freezer and microwave and dishwasher and coffee maker! The lobby bathroom was small & breakfast didn’t start until 7 am, so we were unable to eat any because we had to be somewhere by 7:15 (gymnastics meet). But we were glad there was a large fridge to store food in.

Exceptional

I loved the cleanliness of the facilities and the friendly staff l loved the spacious room and the amenities. The breakfast was good but average. I did not like the rudeness of the other guests while I was in the pool with my granddaughters. But unfortunately you can't control the actions of others.
