Room was clean and well stocked. Staff were welcoming and helpful.

Staff at front desk were extremely kind and friendly, clean hotel, bed was so comfortable and breakfast was good! Would stay again!

We had a nice breakfast with lots of choices. We got two calls and a blank voice mail @ 7 am without requesting a wakeup call.

The room was adequate, staff was friendly. Unfortunately, the breakfast was terrible due to poor variety and cold food. I saw the facial expressions of guests and everyone seemed very disappointed. This is enough for me to not stay at this particular Towneplace again. We stayed at the one in Solon, OH and the breakfast was outstanding. Not sure why this one was so bad.

Superb

It was easy to check in, they held our luggage and cold foods, due to early check in and our room wasn't ready while we went to Sonic Temple festival... our friend staying with us came while we were at the festival he got the keys and our things easily and no issues of course he used his id but absolutely no issues. It was super clean and I usually find something but there wasn't! I asked at check in to pay in cash instead of charging my card and was told it was ok and we could pay with cash at the end of our stay, next morning someone else was on shift and charged my card. So theres isn't communication between employees but it was ok bc I had cash and card so it didn't really effect me. They just need to communicate between each other.

I really enjoyed my stay, one of the best hospitality experiences I’ve had in a while!

Breakfast was just ok. Eggs were not the best very watery. Sugar waffles were good. If you have time and don’t mind paying for breakfast first watch is 10 min east and is absolutely delicious. Room was very clean, bed was comfortable, and staff is very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed for four nights, five days, the hotel was nice and the staff were exceptional - will definitely be coming back to stay in the future. Breakfast was fantastic and the hotel bar was a nice plus!

Breakfast was good. We arrived a little after 3, and they didn’t have a room clean. They quickly remedied the situation and we were able to get in, but you could tell it was a quicker clean. Beds were very comfortable and staff very helpful.

Breakfast during weekends were better than in the week. That was not good.

The room had a musty odor. The TV remote did not work. At check in we were asked four times how many room keys we wanted. This was not a place I would stay at again.

Exceptional

I mostly booked this hotel because I heard it had free Tesla chargers. It did have two Tesla chargers and then also two other EV chargers. They worked fine they are all the way around the back of the building so you really have to kind of look for them.

Unfortunately, the location right next to the highway made it hard to sleep. Traffic noise carried straight into the room most of the night, which kept waking me up. The shower also never really got warm and stayed mostly cold, which wasn’t great in the morning. Breakfast was another letdown. The options were limited and the quality was pretty poor, so I ended up skipping most of it and grabbing food elsewhere. Overall the cleanliness and staff were positives, but between the highway noise, cold shower, and disappointing breakfast, it wasn’t the most comfortable stay.

The room was great! Clean, full of amenities, a clean gym and a great pool! The staff was welcoming and nice!
