Very friendly staff clean room safe environment

The room was clean and the staff were friendly.

Had person banging on my door at 3 am then 4 am etc. my truck was broken into and the noise from the freeway is horrible I would never stay there again.

Terrible, profits on people high price nothing good

Honestly the whole place was mess. No guess service, two towel in the bathroom, dirty room. You can’t call the front desk after 5pm

Decent hotel, has smoking floors so be sure you know this going in and they are the middle floors for some reason. The rooms were kind of dirty, made reservations for a 2 queen room and when arriving they said they don't have one. Gave us a room with a bed and a couch. They did make it right the next day and we moved to the room we were supposed to get the day before. Its kind of off the beaten path and right next to the freeway. No in room coffee maker and the Wi-Fi is free for one device and if you want more you have to pay. It was a place to sleep.

The property definitely needs some updating but for the purpose it serves, it works. Checking in after hours is tricky with trying to figure out where to go into the building and then using a phone to call in, but I understand they can't necessarily man the front desk all the time? The lady who helped me was wonderful, unfortunately I don't remember her name. We got screwed over by Red Roof Inn in Columbus, OSU who cancelled our reservation two months ahead of our stay which we did not know. We even got an email the Wednesday before our stay reminding us. So after the concert we went to, we had no where to stay. Thankfully, we got in here late at night and the manager was very gracious.

Location and price Location was not clean, rooms have a musty smell. Walls were discolored and the bed was gross.

The lady at checkin was most helpful. The room rate increased every night which was unexpected and disappointing. The lady at checkin blamed Expedia for this. The room was less than. There was a noticeable odor as I entered the room. The furniture was missing drawers and when I reported this, the response was placing drawers that did not fit the furniture. I'm not sure which was worse! The clientele (construction workers) were noisy every night! One outside doors did not open with the access cards as they were supposed to, but the clientele pulled it open anyway. I will most likely avoid staying at a hotel like this one in the future.

Bed was not comfortable,only one towel and one wash cloth for a room for two,no coffee in the coffee machine the next morning,says no smoking but the smell of weed was all in the building,just not a good experience for me.

The front desk worker was very kind and helpful. The hotel itself and our room were dirty and loud. It was so bad we left. Considering the quality, the $165 was an audacious price.

Internet didn't work - the entire hotel smelled of pot, staff was rude. I was unable to contact Holtels.com because there was no pin # associated to my reservation. Not able to talk to a human only an AI that required a pin that I did not have. i had to stay at another motel and spend another $800.00 i will never use Hotels.com or stay in a WoodSpring Suites or anything that belongs to Radison. This experience has been terrible.t
