Rug has never been cleaned. The mattress was awful. I was treated horribly when I arrived and charged a higher price than what was quoted by Expedia. I was told I could leave if I didn’t pay the higher price. I was required to provide a deposit . After almost two weeks week deposit was finally refunded but I had to get my credit card company involved. I called the hotel but never get an answer . May be the worst hotel experience ever

Any port in the storm. I had no pillow cases on my pillows last night and had to go to the office this mornng to request same as my room phone does not work and no one answered when I called via my cell phone.

The hotel is going over big renovations. I did not have room service cleaning. Not even a garbage can in the room. No clean towels and bed no change for 4 days. Too many strangers around the hotel. I did no felt safe. Bed sheets old curtains rip off. This is not a hotel it is a motel.

Did not chance it The room was filthy. There was human hair all over the room. We went to Target and bought towels and sheets and pillows. Then threw them away. To the desk clerks plus she did say she would show us the room since they had so many complaints. Our mistake not doing it. Then had the NERVE to charge a $100 deposit fee. WOW

When I got there, it was late so I was driving after hours so after midnight and there was no one at the front desk I waited a while before anyone came out to greet me. When I was finally getting in my room, it smelled like an ashtray. there was a hole in the bathroom door. Place just didn’t look clean and felt sticky. I checked out the next morning and booked a new hotel and I was not refunded any of my stay.

The staff was nice and they were helpful The room was not in the greatest shape it was missing a cable box or TV was destroyed it was not vacuum good it was dirty the faucet just spun and spun and spun around on the kitchen sink it was the cabinet it was missing cabinets then the ones that were there were broke the Charles just fell out of the dresser on the lights some work something the one in the bathroom didn't work and stuff it was wasn't in the greatest shape

It is definitely a get what you pay for hotel. Random stuff in the room was falling apart like the dresser, the beds felt like sleeping on cardboard, you only get two flat pillows per bed. We spilled some water on the ground and used our hotel towels to soak it up and when we picked the towels back up, they were completely brown. The location is nice because of how close to everything it is. Internet doesn’t like to connect sometimes and will also tell you that you have too many devices on it. By far not the worst place I’ve ever stayed, but I probably won’t rebook this one. It’ll do for a cheap place if you don’t have many other options.

Super ick feeling all around. Room smelled so bad. Considered going elsewhere. Didnt see any bugs, but did leave with what my dr. Says are bed bug bites. Again... so much ick. Ick ick.

At this property I had the privilege of having my Esa pet stay while I was at work just had to have him in his kettle and I experienced the good and bad gas station next door 24 hours also had a time use Lyft it cheaper than Uber here and if you busing be aware the bus doesn’t stops at the gas station or motel be prepared to walk bout a mile to bus stop . The bus company says the more we complain be a better chance of getting a stop between the gas station and hotel . It beautiful the customer service is well nice people no one stays any longer than they did too.here it’s and extended stay witha 2 idle stove top and regular refrigerator. Table 2chairs to eat tv Chester draw lamp and alarm clock.
