Location was right off of interstate, hotel one of top rated in the area, first night cost was reasonable. Breakfast was really good w/ lots of options. Room and dining area very clean. Comfy bed and pillows. I was charged $5 higher than Booking.com’s rate due to “card fee.” How else are you supposed to book a room online?? I feel that’s a ridiculous charge. Manager agreed to drop. I haven’t verified bank account. Staff took 5-10 mins to come to the desk at peak check out time. They were in the back office and ignored or didn’t hear my repeated calls to them. I also called on the telecom outside the door. No response. A little pricey on the weekend! ($170/king)

The location was exactly where I needed it to be The air would not stay on. It was 80 degrees when I got there. I kept trying to make it work. I called down to ask if there was a trick. Guy at front desk came to look. He did the same thing I had been doing and said it was working fine and left. It was not. It eventually climbed to 89 degrees. My friend who owns a hvac co came to look at it and he said it needed Freon and that I needed another room. The guy at desk argued with my friend but I finally got a new room and the air worked fine.
