Could not get extra towels for showering. Had to wait for desk clerk anytime you went to the front desk.

The room had an awful smell. A hole in the bathroom floor. And couldn’t get towels on night two.

The curtains had holes in them. The pillows were musty and felt damp. We have never had an experience like this at a La Quinta. It was non refundable so were stuck like chuck. Did not even want to attempt breakfast. I believe this particular hotel should be reported to who ever does inspections or even the health department. We have nicknamed it The Hotel Hellifornia. If you are a weary and tired traveller, find another place.

The staff was friendly enough, but the property itself was in need of allot of maintenance...would have been OK for 75 bucks, but not what I expect for 150.

The price was good The bathroom had a shower but no way to turn it on. The bathroom sink also had a leak. The worker monitoring the breakfast was a little awkward as well.

The room was fairly clean except for hair in the bathtub. The worst part was the smell. The smell of weed was so overpowering everywhere. When we went to leave, the front desk attendant was not there. We clicked the button like it said one time. The lady was in the back and started yelling at us that she was busy and would be there in a minute. Overall, one of the worst stays I’ve ever experienced.

It was very dirty when I got into my hotel room. Tiny hairs on the walls, stains on the bedsheets, it looked like it hasn’t been swept at all, stains on the curtains, and the walls were dirty. Literally the only thing that looked clean enough was the toilet. The tv wouldn’t work at all. The only thing that was decent was the air conditioning.

Value and location.. The housekeeper ran out of clean towels on her cart and I was told to go to the front desk. Once I got to the front desk I was given pool towels to use as bath towels.

Clean TV s mounted crooked, hot tub in the room only ran brown water. No backs on the TV remotes, cushions on couch were wrong size.

Room was nice, but lacking many things. No sheets for the pull out bed, no additional blankets, empty soap dispenser in bathroom. Poor overall housekeeping.

Good location, good price Staff definitely could have been nicer—it seemed like they had a problem with everything we did. I don’t think we caused any issues to provoke them to have that response. They seemed bothered to check us in, give us more towels, and tried to micromanage us (and other guests) as we made our breakfast plates. The room service people seemed nice—I had no issue with them.

The bed was comfortable and the pool was relaxing The staff was okays. The man at the front desk was kinda rude. They had roaches and ants in the room and roaches on the elevator.
