Worst Place I've Ever Stayed In My Life, No Water In The Pool Smelt like Marijuana, Hooker's Knocking on the Door, People Smoking Drugs and Drinking Everywhere On and Around The Property, If I would Have Paid W Pay pal I'd be Getting My $$$ Back, Not Happy Don't Book With This Booking Company Or Stay At The Copley In. Guys, Never Ever Again

Well, first of all, when I went into my room, the toilet seat was broke. Secondly, the only ice machine that worked was on the first floor and I was on the third floor. And third, the elevator had no light in it. So when door shut, it was totally dark

I booked the room. They canceled my reservation late without confirming

I'm not trying to seem like a prude or anything like that. I reserved a room for 3 days and upon arrival I just immediately had a bad feeling about it. I can absolutely promise you there were bed bugs, the bed sheets were stained in the beds had not been changed. The bathroom was pretty gros as well. Even with all that though, if you looked at the door going out which was an outside door (Red Roof Inn style) there was a gap under it I could almost fit my fingers through. This place needs a complete regut and refurnish. Honestly I believe it is not only a flood hazard but a fire hazard. I took my key back to the desk and told the lady I was not going to stay there. She was very nice and offered me another room but I had seen enough. I can handle a place that looks worn or even outdated as long as its clean and sealed from the outside world. This place had all of that except for the clean and sealed part. It had all the security you would find having a tent in the parking lot except your tent wouldn't have bed bugs and dirty sheets. I'm not trying to insult the place, I'm speaking the absolute truth. The housekeeping staff needs fired. There's no excuse for gross when people are paying for a clean room, sealed from outside rodents. I believe the place could have a future but they would have to gut it, replace almost everything in the rooms and build a Lanai around the pool and actually fill it with water and chlorine.

Grounds, lobby, hall ways and room all clean. Staff very friendly. Once in the room, no phone to call the front desk, no guide for TV, no menus for local restaurants or for delivery. Over all was a nice room comfy bed.

I would like a refund it was unclean it just looked like the blankets weren't clean and I left as soon as I seen the room. They did not refund me I would like to be refunded for money wasted.

I found the staff to be very hands off I went down three different times because there was no phone in the room even though at the front desk it said that call zero if you need to reach the front desk. The staff was on friendly and act like I was inconveniencing them the third time I went down about the remote for the TV he didn't take his eyes off of his cell phone as he was playing a game instead of taking care of what my need was. I found this place to be below average as far as anything there was no tissues in the tissue holder in the bathroom there was no blow dryer there is a tiny bar of hand soap no wash soaps or shampoos were to be found and the wash rag two that were left in the room had a hole in it I have pictures of everything if there's any doubt

The area and the price The toilet sat to to low had a very hard time getting up the sheets were dirty there were no soaps or ice bucket in the room

The staff is nice, stingy with the extra towels. Room was clean for the price, however toilet stopped flushing. Tv remote was broken had to go to the front desk for a new one. Ice machine and vending machine broken.

The motel as a whole was very kept and clean. The room I rented was very nice and clean too. The price I paid for the 3 nights was good too. Plenty of restaurants and shops in the area as well.
