The property was extremely clean and the staff were ALL so courteous, friendly, helpful and amazing. The kitchen was well equipped; however, it would be nice to have a small bottle of dish soup provided for those of us who prefer to wash dishes by hand as we only used a bowl and spoon once in awhile. We were provided with one dishwashing machine soup packet for over a week's stay. The bathroom was very clean and hot water was plentiful. Amenities were okay, but I'm glad I brought my own things to shower with. The room was comfortable except for the beds, which were extremely lumpy and not very comfortable. The sheets provided shifted terribly with the slightest movement, making sleeping a torturous event. Even after making the bed daily myself, as soon as you put any weight on the bed, the sheets pretty much moved to the middle of the bed...was horrible LOL Would I stay here again after my war with the sheets - yes, I think we would. Overall this hotel is in a great area, close to everything, clean, reasonably priced and comfortable. Staff were excellent! I'm just hoping they figure out something with the beds/sheets!

Bed is wonderful, very comfortable! Floors and cabinets were dirty. Air conditioning needs work. Room has a vent in bathroom that is on constantly, kinda annoying. Hotel is quiet otherwise even though it is right next to the freeway. Staff was very nice and helpful.

Terrible smell upon entry that ruminated throughout the entire hotel. You have to swap out your towels at the front desk, which could become an inconvenience. $5 daily to self park in a regular parking area is a bit of a money grab. The room wasn’t clean, the chair was broke and unusable, plus there was hair in the bathroom. Not to mention the shower drain slowly, so your shower became a bath.

The location is great. Right next to the 15 freeway and plenty of little places to eat. The staff is outstanding. Everyone is so friendly. While we could have complained, we didn’t. The fitted sheets on the bed kept coming off. We were fighting with them all night. Our TV stopped working. We did report that and it was fixed immediately.
