Very spartan, no paper towels or tissue paper. No medium towels, just bath and hand towels. I would stay there only if all other hotels in the area were booked.
-
One other suggestion would be black out shades or curtains, had mini blinds only so the morning light was real bright. None of these deal breakers.

Poor amenities.

Great stay overall, the rooms are overall clean. My only issue was our room smelled really bad, like very bad. They were very accommodating and gave us a new room.

Good place to stay, just heard a lot of footsteps late at night

The property was close to a wedding venue we were attending. The hotel was clean & the young man at the front desk was courteous. The only thing we did not like was the mattress, very uncomfortable. It was only one night though. Loved the area around the hotel, lots of shops & restaurants:)

The hotel was very well kept. If you are an amenity person, you may want to bring your own. No hair dryers, coffee pot, etc. They also only allow 2 towels per room. Just be prepared when you visit. Otherwise the hotel was manageable

Overall great experience.

The place is clean and new. The walls were thin and they had no wifi. But the fridge and stove were cool. The bed was like just a cheap mattress. Weird feeling was theres like 4 doors to go through and you have to use your key through all of them while passing front desk. Just weird to me. I was to be sneaky in private :/

The person at the front desk was very unprofessional. I had a lot of questions about payment and he couldn’t even answer one. I spent 2 1/2 hours driving around to try to get a prepaid card and he couldn’t even tell me what pre-K prepaid card would be accepted after putting money on Chime after putting money in my Apple Pay to later on having to just buy a Walmart prepaid card and he could not help me out to guide me in how to pay so my check-in was super Late. He was very unhelpful and it was a bad experience I had with this hotel

Front desk employee was nice always have a great time here no complaints

I did not like the girl with purplish streaks in her hair It felt as if we were bothering her when we had a question and/ or concern. She could at least put on a fake smile & be friendly.

Thank you to the staff very friendly helpful. But the room man they need to upgrade the bed. Very uncomfortable. But other that that great place to stay with your furry babies. Thank you

The cleanliness, design and location of the disabled room was fantastic. The staff were wonderful and very friendly. They helped me out when I couldn’t manage a heavy load and my cane by myself. I had a terrific stay overall. The only thing I didn’t like was that the ADA room was only designed for someone in a wheelchair, but not necessarily elders with disabilities. I couldn’t get out of the almost on the floor bed, and there were no chairs with arms. It would be better to have an ADA room that supports a variety of abled persons.

Very poor experience and disappointed in staff responses.

That they took all the kitchen things

Good location and useful kitchen area. Smells pretty strange but very nice building and staff.

The property and room was clean; parking was easy and plenty of spots available in front and in back of hotel. Bed was not very comfortable and due to vinyl flooring throughout, easily moved when you get in - which was more a problem at night when the upstairs guests were in the room. Couldn't tell if they were bowling or rearranging the furniture, but it was loud. Otherwise, hotel served its purpose for us!
