My room was not that clean, it had a smell to it, the bathroom was where the problem was. I saw cubic air around the toilet at the bottom when using the restroom I saw a flying bug come through the bathroom, later on after taking a shower, I saw another bug crawling across the floor. The shower was either scolding, hot or freezing cold. It was very disappointing to travel thousands of miles. I’m traveling cross country and just want to take a nice shower and a shower was so scolding hot or freezing cold I couldn’t get a good shower. The exhaust fan did not work in the room in the restroom and the towels only the bath towels felt like they were sandpaper. They weren’t even soft for that money. I just felt like it was a waste of money. I’ll never stay there again. The staff was extremely nice in the kitchen for the continental breakfast. Everything was fine on that end. Just the room was bad.

The tube drain was very slow. We were offered a different room but we were already settled in. I asked for a plunger which was brought to the room. Why the staff didn’t use it I don’t know. I was able to use it for the drain to work better.

Breakfast was great with several hot and cold options. High quality coffee and tea bar. Very friendly staff. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Lots of comfy pillows too! Could not hear any highway noise, which was surprising given the proximity to the interstate. The pool was chilly but very large for a hotel. The parking lot is kind of weird to turn into, but that's not the hotel's fault, just something for guests to be aware of I suppose.

Super convenient to the I80. Beds were comfy. Breakfast was good. Staff very pleasant. I travel across the country every few years-look forward to my third stay there.
