location was really good, close to beach and across the road from quite a few good restaurant options, nice room and view, nice view from the pool, staff generally helpful and friendly. spa staff trying for a 5 star review which was input by them on my phone, rather than allowing me to complete a review which was a little awkward. Massage not five star.

The staff are very helpful and speak English fluently. They helped carry our luggage up the front steps when we arrived and when we departed, and they ensured we had safe transportation to and from the hotel anytime we left for the day. Laundry services were provided for a reasonable rate (40,000 VND per kilogram with a minimum of 4kg). The inifinity pool was very nice (though kind of deep, so beware if you are coming with young children). They do provide floatation devices and some pool toys. The towels could use a refresh, as some of them were old and dirty. The gym is available, but it is very small.

Spacious clean room. Very close to the beach. Good breakfast. Plenty of restaurants and cafes around. Friendly staff. Shower water pressure was not good.

Pretty central location.. about 2 blocks from the beach. It’s in the tourist area. Not a bad thing.. menus were in English. People were courteous, and helpful. Roof top bar was nice . Pool area, small but ok. Room was small, bed comfortable. I had an ocean view .. (in between the buildings across the street. ) Had an amazing massage at the hotel. Breakfast selection was good. Can’t say there was anything I didn’t like.

If you want to stay in the tourist area of Da Nang, this hotel has an outstanding central location. Staff are friendly and helpful, and you're a block from the beach. But its best feature is the food: the largest and most varied (and delicious) breakfast buffet I have experienced in my entire life, with so many Asian and Western options, as well as many fruits and veggies and baked goods. The afternoon tea is an outstanding spread as well. I stayed here two different times, and returned primarily due to the food. If you are booking just a few days in advance, be aware that room prices can vary quite a lot over the span of a day, with weekends trending higher. Sound insulation is poor, and if your neighbors are loud or inconsiderate at night, you will hear them. However, this seems to be a feature of most hotels in East Asia and Southeast Asia.
