Santa Luxury Hotel

Location was good. They had arranged vegetarian food for breakfast. I appreciate the effort and it was okay. I liked the room sizes and even the pool on terrace was nice. Beach was nearby and easy to go to. Overall we loved our 3 day stay. Indian veg food was within 1 min walk. A good option to choose at good location. One thing to remember though, they count each item in room, even cutlery which we didn't know how many they had placed initially vs when we checkout. One of teaspoon was in garbage bag after room cleaning as kids may have thrown it with noodles cup. It was recovered and no fines but they are meticulous about everything. We even booked hoi an tour through them and overall we liked their service and rooms. One of the room got some water gyser problem that they fixed but that added some inconvenience. Hopefully that is not a regular thing there. They provide vegetarian food but it can be better in breakfast. May be learning 2-3 standard simple recipes like poha (flattened puffed rice made in biryani style), vegetable sandwich, potato/vegetable fritters can help the taste and food options.

Due to high humidity u can smell the mold. Always had to keep AC on to get rid of this smell.

Loved the location, just steps from the esplanade and the beach. Big room, huge bed, fabulous sea view. Good breakfast, great staff. I would love to stay there again.

Loved the location -- close to excellent beaches as well as food sources etc. Breakfasts were terrific as well as all staff during our stay. This is a location we intend to use again in any future visits to Danang There is nothing that I can think of, except the stairs that we had to climb to get to the check-in lobby. Fortunately staff were always there ready to help with bags etc., but we never found any options to use an elevator to get from street level to the lobby.

The hotel is one block from the beach. Our room on the 16th floor had a small balcony and view towards the beach. There are many, many restaurants, bars, convenience stores, laundry places and ATMs within a few easy blocks. But the hotel was still very quiet. We thought the price for the size a quality of our room was very good. Our room was very large and our bed & pillows were terrific. For some odd reason there was no shower curtain. We talked to Sarah and Tracy at the front desk and within 30 minutes a maintenance guy came and took care of it. Sarah also helped us make train reservations and gave helpful advice. Thank you again Sarah. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and with good variety. They’ll cook fresh eggs for you too. There’s a tiny rooftop infinity pool which you reach by a stairway from 16th floor. The bar was closed. The “gym” was one decrepit treadmill. They advise that there’s a restaurant but it was only open for our breakfast. That was fine because there are so many food options very near.

The staff was generally very kind and welcoming, which is the main reason for the good rating. The bed was truly huge and very comfortable, and the view from both the room and the pool was stunning. The hotel is decent, but the feeling and smell of humidity in the room, which couldn’t be aired out, ruined our stay. Additionally, the breakfast options were quite limited unless you prefer Asian cuisine.

First of all, infinity pool really has great views and a place for wonderful photos. Staff is trying to help. I asked to fix clogs in both sink and shower, they fixed the sink one right away, a few days later - a shower one. They got my suit from delivery, offered a free of charge transfer to airport and even presented us with a parting gift. Room service performs great. Air conditioning works well. Window has great ocean view. Bed is big and comfy. I don't get the idea of using around pool and shower tiles that become more slippery with water on them. I fell down, hurt my leg quite badly. Should use anti-slip mats. Pool is not heated, but it seems to be usual. Clogs appeared almost immediately. No shelf in the shower. No iron to take to your room. TV requires patience to make it work at least somehow. Fridge doesn't cool much. Breakfast has poor choice of western options. Gym is non-existent. All of these are minor things, but altogether they start to add up.

Location is good, 2min walk to beach. Room is spacious and clean. Staff is friendly.

Excellent location Did not give us early checkin or late checkout so I was disappointed. Roof top bar was useless. Pool is ok but cold
