The pools were great, the location was perfect, the room was comfortable, the breakfast buffet had a lot of options, no complaints about the cost. We really enjoyed our stay in Danang! The pool on the 3rd floor was being serviced, we did get to use it on our last day. The bar service at the roof top bar has room for improvement. Empty plates and glassware weren’t up kept, the attendant just stood there on his phone the entire time. It is such a nice lounge area with a stunning view! You order your drink, the attendant places the order, and someone else brings it upstairs. It was quite odd. Especially since there is a bar upstairs. Either have a full service bar or don’t.

Loved Cecila Hotel - the staff were super friendly, room was large and spacious, breakfast was great. Location is also great as it's a 1min walk to the beach! Definitely recommend if you're visiting Da Nang. The rooftop pool definitely isn't as good as it looks on the pictures - but wasn't an issue since you've got the beach right next door.

Fantastic hotel, loved everything about it. The staff were very friendly the coffee shop did one of the best coconut coffees I had in Danang. The rooftop pool was also very nice to spend the morning relaxing. The room was amazing, the views and the comfy bed, also fantastic location right by the beach. Nothing this hotel was wonderful

Location is excellent for the beach access and local eateries. The breakfast has a huge selection and all very tasty. The pool on the rooftop is very nice and clean. There are good views of the ocean from the rooftop and you can get a drink up there, however it has to come from the ground floor, there is no working bar up at the rooftop. Beds were clean and comfortable. Our twin room had very limited space, only one person could get through at a time. You can smoke at the rooftop or out at the front of the hotel. The staff are very efficient and friendly. The staff seemed to be counting how many alcoholic drinks we had at the rooftop bar since I was approached the following morning by a staff member (not the bar service member) finding it amusing that I had consumed 12 beers .... untrue, we had 6 beers each. I don't enjoy being micro-managed at age 62 ! Needless to say, we found somewhere else to go to have our holiday beverages.

The amenities seemed ok Room 1111 had bed bugs, and the staff didn't seem to understand the severity. I showed them pictures and they just said it was a roach and would change the sheets

Our stay at Cicilia was absolutely amazing. It’s such a greatly managed hotel in all aspects. It’s a beautiful hotel,the pools are incredible and the view from the rooftop is amazing. The gym has what you need for a hotel stay. Breakfast is amazing,there is so much to choose from and it’s always fresh and nicely presented. The taste is also really good. Tuy from the egg station makes the best eggs ever and he was always so friendly.The cleanliness of the hotel is 10/10 the premises and the room were spotless. Its location is perfect,close to everything and 2 minutes away from the beach. But the most outstanding was the great staff of this hotel. They made us feel at home from the beginning and even upgraded our room because we stayed there for 3 weeks. Receptionists are great and breakfast staff was always there to welcome us with a smile. We felt right at home and we already miss everyone from there. Thank you for an amazing stay!

I have stopped there before and on this occasion i only stopped one night so i can only comment on the brief stay, i am sure had i stayed longer and opted for a bigger room my scores would be higher the shower was in the bath and no shower curtain and so everywhere got a bit wet.

Our TV did not work, the bathroom light would be turn off and they had to disconnect it. The hallway smelled bad

Excellent property, walkable distance to beach. Rooms are neat and clean and very spacious. Staffs are very supportive and cooperative WiFi is not that good. The signal strength is weak most of the time. Water pressure in the bathroom is low, may be they don’t have pressure pump.
