Very clean room. Efficient staff and one of the cleaning ladies has the best smile and energy and turned my morning around with just a short interaction.

My wife and I could have been mugged as we raced into the Hotel door our last night. We like BW but we are going to have to re-think our future planning. We will be soon staying in Henderson NV Oct 2nd at a BW and we pray it will be better.

I had cockroaches in my room.

Pretty dark. Little lighting. Carpet very old. Bathroom tub wasn’t very clean.

It was convenient to DAL, staff was friendly and it was cleaner than any place I've stayed in a long time. I would definitely stay there again.

All amenities were great, hotel is close to a lot of food joints The hotel is secluded so very few people were there

This property advertises a hot tub and there isn't one. Although the person at the front desk gave us pool towels, the pool was closed. There was hair on the soap holder and towels. There was an opossum in the hotel by the pool exit. The free breakfast ended at 8:30 which is kinda early for people on vacation. Some good things are: the owners were generally nice and attentive, other staff around the hotel were radiant, there was a waffle house 3 minutes away and the parking was free.
