Motel 6 Dallas, TX - Northwest

Now positive, when we got in the room it was very clean and spacious, exceeded our expectations. During the night the fire alarm kept going off causing lost sleep, not sure if there was a fault, or if someone kept pulling it, there was no explanation. Ended up getting up at 4 am and going to the airport early.

Excellent quick lil spot til it was on fire when I went back to get dressed for my 2nd job, smdh…

Besides the fire it had this visit, it’s a pretty reasonable place to be..

Staff was super rude .. then I paid to extend and the tried to charge me 40$ to stay in the room I was already in ., they are scammers charge for ice ,, says I can’t bring guest to a room I paid for .. what do they think it’s for ? It’s a hotel motel 6 at that .. location was super dirty crack heads everywhere doing drugs right in front of the hotel Rude staff scamming staff

I never stayed at motel 6. They dont allow ebikes. I was refunded. The property sucks and hotels.com suck

Nothing and to make insult to injury when they were yelling to the top of their lungs it was an older gentleman in his fifties I believe the father and also the young man disrespected me and told me that I cannot tell another guess that there's a better price somewhere and I told him this is America my friend I can say whatever I want to say to guess you don't tell me what to say he was very rude disrespectful him and his father yelled to the top of their lungs then when I wouldn't back down they tried to make me leave the property before my Uber came it was raining outside and then they called the police the police came and the police couldn't believe what was done and how was treated they escorted me to a new hotel and told me don't call the Uber don't ever ever spend money here they are very rude very unprofessional and so much I will never spend my money at Motel 6 again at any Motel 6 !!

Room was clean, no bugs, quiet and convenient...staff was very helpful

It had roaches my door was broken the TV didnt work I got thr wrong room and the staff was very unprofessional

It was cool until the elevator lost power and my room was on the 3rd floor and I had to climb all those stairs after recently recovering from ankle surgery. Yea I won’t be back The power was out next door and caused my tv and air to not work. Elevator didn’t work either. My stay was not good

Clean They advertise a swimming pool and it doesn’t work. The elevator doesn’t work and I’m handicap so I had to walk upstairs so I will never stay at this place again.

The room itself was okay for a short stay. It had the basics, but cleanliness could have been better. I noticed a few areas that needed more attention, like the floors and bathroom. Nothing completely unbearable, but it’s something future guests should be aware of. The bed was decent enough to get rest, though not the most comfortable long-term. Customer service varied. Some staff members were helpful and respectful, while others seemed less attentive. If you need something, it’s best to ask clearly and follow up if necessary.

The fact that they're racist against everyone unless you're white I had a yelling match with a 25-year-old kid and his dad after paying money and having a conversation with someone in the lobby they told me that I can't tell another person that there's a cheaper Hotel up the street I proceeded to let them know this is America I can say what I want to they proceeded to yell back and forth and they called the police on me when the police got there they told me I did nothing wrong and I told them I would never stay here again and I would give this review do not waste your time unless you're white if you're white they won't bother you but if you're any other race they're very disrespectful very nasty very unprofessional in the rooms are very old that's why they're cheap don't waste your time here don't waste your money like I said unless you're white
