The front desk clerk sierra was a excellent host

Good location Sheets didn't stay tucked in

A decent place to stay but only a few places to eat in walking distance.

My overall experience was great. I came in early and they accommodated me and my husband. Sent there shuttle and was really nice, patient and courteous. I have no complaints was near everything

Check in was great, friendly staff. The room was very clean with easy access with the luggage cart and elevator. The continental breakfast seemed a little skimpy, verses other places I stayed offering it

My points for the two rooms and two nights were NOT honored.

The only downside was that there was not a gym at the property.

Lobby-clean Room-neat Breakfast-had turkey sausage many do not (dont eat pork) Pool-appeared clean Laundry center-available Free shuttle Front desk staff were NOT welcomimg nor friendly.

Room was great except for one issue...my wife turned on the lights when we checked in and there was a roach above the sofa bed. Other than that, everything else was great.

Needs some improvement in the breaksfast options

very comfortable beds the floors (mostly in the corners) and elevator were dirty, the breakfast was ok, just not much choices and the coffee was not good at all, it was not brewed it was the hot water with pods inside the coffee machine (I know MY coffee, so I know how it was made)

The front desk workers were very helpful. The shuttle drivers were very aggressive asking for tips.
