Hyatt Place Ft. Lauderdale Airport & Cruise Port

Great staff, nice location and clean .. great experience

Generally the property was clean however from the time of check in till check out (4 days), the body wash bottle remained empty in the shower stall. Good thing I always walk with bar soap. The breakfast left a lot to be desired. Every single day the same thing was served, bacon, scrambled or boiled eggs, breakfast potatoes, oats, cereal, yogurt and bagels or bread. The style was more of a continental type. Not even any cheese or deli cuts or even breakfast muffins, some days no fresh fruits, no tacos as advertised...... nothing. Definitely not what I expected from the Hyatt chain.

The shower experienced a minor drainage obstruction, resulting in a slower water evacuation rate.

Homewood Suites is where I stayed before in FLL and the rooms had 2 bottles of water in the fridge!

The lady at the front desk was very helpful. She let us stowaway our luggage before our room was ready. The hotel was convenient to shopping areas. The pillows were so flat in the bedrooms. The staff were very polite. Loved the most was how easy the process was for shuttling to the airport. Could tell the hotel needed so major updates but for the convenience, it was okay.

Nous avons eu la chance à 11h d ‘avoir la chambre ,ce qui est un plus considérable parce que nous arrivions d ‘une croisière donc nous avons profiter de la piscine . La chambre est grande et très propre. Il y a pleins de restaurants aux alentours .

Room was acceptable but the mattress was very worn and sunk in the middle

Great location.

Decent spot. Was only there one night after a cruise. Close to many places to eat/shop near. Shuttle to airport was nice. Spot across the street was nicer as I stayed there before the cruise. This place was a little more dated, but served its purpose.

Everything was great. Rooms were very nice and big. Very clean. The breakfast was fair. The eggs were terrible, no where to sit. Other items were ok.

Aparte el hotel no es cerca ni de la playa ni de el puerto de los cruceros como tiene de nombre. Tampoco queda cerca caminando de nada turístico. 😡

The rooms offer nice views of the beaches. The Staff was always POLITE and SUPER HELPFUL😁 The only suggestion I recommend - if a little more variety on the continental breakfast. Change it up from time to time. But overall, I would give this hotel 10 stars!

The room was spacious and close to many restaurants, shopping, and the cruise port. My biggest issue with the hotel was the lack luster breakfast buffet. I wasn’t expecting a grand setup however food did not look edible. They ran out of breakfast items and coffee several times the morning of my stay. Maybe it was an off day for them. I will not be staying there again in the future.
