The room was much larger than I expected and the bathroom was probably the largest hotel bathroom I've ever been in. My only complaint was there were no cups in the room either with the coffee maker or in the bathroom, but we also grabbed a bottled water from the car and used that instead. (And we didn't ask the front desk for it)

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Staff was rude, rooms totally disgusting! The resort has NOT been remodelled since the 1980's. Pool was not working. My room had NO plates, NO bowls, NO, silverware, NO pots or pans. Mirrors were not wiped. The upstairs toilet had poop in the toilet. We share the room with a couple of bees. There are cigarette butt all over the property - like it never gets cleaned up. Beer cans all over the parking lot, we saw "needles" in the grass, vapes outside people's door. We felt very unsafe and everything was so gross and dirty. I wished I could leave but since I prepaid I could not. This is the grosses placed I have ever been.

"Well, mama, I have been here since this morning and just got back."

First room was not acceptable sofa was broken Excellent staff gave me another room The sofa was good. However the light was burned out in the bathroom entrance, the toilet seat was loose and you had to be careful when you used the toilet. Outlets were old and I only found one that would hold a charger. The curtains were half off the hooks One pillow had no case. I was exhausted from a long drive and accepted the stay The staff were nice and as I felt the room was clean and stayed. A huge black mark in my book for this property

It was pet friendly but I think that the dog waste could be cleaned up a lot better

If you have a big family or a lot of travelers alongside you this is the place plenty of space and privacy

The layout of the room The TV did not work; I reported it but they kept my deposit after telling me the refund would go through in 2 weeks The maid had to come to clean the bathroom I am elderly and had to walk to the back of the property and up stairs to the 2nd floor..

The front desk person was friendly, clear, responsive and efficient. The overall condition of the room was poor, it was dirty and had an off-putting odor.

Nothing good at all to say
-
The stay was good, The heat doesn't work me and my family was freezing the entire time there, we stayed in the penthouse . Other than that it was good, they just need to update some things forsure.

The room was partially clean. Things were broken. There is dirty. well enough linen to two guest.
-
It needs a lot TLC.

Clean room, comfortable, shower had great water pressure, quiet, roomy, pet friendly, friendly staff. Only disappointment was Breakfast Sausage links and hard boiled eggs are not what I considered a good breakfast buffet. No muffins either. Instant oatmeal you make yourself, cereal, bagels and bread, a waffle maker. Just very limited.

Very nice for an older property, Nice breakfast with eggs , sausage, waffles and more. Pool was closed .
-
We liked the layout. Everything was clean but the floors and couch. There were no dishes, utensils or pots and pans. It looked liked it was just renovated but wasn’t looked over before putting us n the room.

The staff at this property was great. Very friendly and helpful. They were the best part of our stay. The room was supposed to have a queen bed and a sofa bed. It was a full bed not a queen. The mattress was very worn out and needs to be replaced. You felt like you were sleeping with your head going downhill. Also it was not a sofa bed it was a couch that folded out onto the floor. No bed frame. The room was clean but very old and outdated in need of repairs. The lamp shade just sat on the light bulb and there were pieces of tile missing in the bathroom. No kleenex. Breakfast was odd the sign said fried eggs and they were hard boiled eggs. Could have had scrambled. There was a big water stain on the ceiling. This could be a great property with some work.

The carpet in the room needs to be cleaned I could feel the dirt in the carpet and the rest of the floors needed to be mopped with clean soap and water. My feet were dirty after I showered
-
I like the breakfast The food was good. I had a great time at the hotel.
