Very nice, clean, good location No towels in the pool area and no one at the desk to request. We had 6 guests on our reservation and only 3 towels

We really liked the location being so close to the Cox Arboretum. Loved the little kitchenette and the bathroom sink being outside of the toilet/shower room. We really appreciated the got oatmeal with a variety of toppings for breakfast (rather than little oatmeal packets). Nothing. We really enjoyed staying here and would do so again.

I want to highlight the manager as one of the most authentic, caring individuals one could ever engage with in a hotel setting. This manager went far beyond the call of duty to ensure his guests were taken care of. I was impressed by his patience and by the way he spoke with the children present, with sincere energy and positivity. He made the day of each person he engaged with...that is uncommon in today's world!

Loved the location and was satisfied the hotel. Disliked booking procedure and booking customer service. Rhea was fine she just didn't have the tools for support of a system that was broken. There was $5 fee for parking at the hotel. I guess I didn't read the fine print.

One of the nicest staffs and hotels I’ve stayed in awhile. Breanna was extremely helpful at the desk and Howie was friendly and really made breakfast delightful. Another employee, Jennifer S. solved some issues for us and in a very efficient way. Thanks to all those who were there and a pleasure to encounter. More reasons I prefer Marriott hotels.

We like the variety of breakfast each day. Kids love the complementary cookies and I like the cucumber water. What I don't like was that the pool doesn't have proper ventilation it was hot the whole time we were using it with my kids I have to open the door with access to outside bar-b-q just to get some air inside.

Breakfast was great and the staff was very nice! I have a couple extra charges on my credit card for $40 and again for $30. I don't know what that is for....we didn't do anything extra was there for a softball tournament. My original bill had the parking fee for both days so I will be looking into that?

Breakfast was superb and staff went above and beyond during our 7 day stay.

Most everything was great till I went to take a shower in the morning and there was no hot water. I told the front desk in case they didn't know but they were aware. Just a sorry was given for the problem. Would have been nice if they compensated with maybe a refund of the $5.00 for parking since it was on there own lot anyway and was a lot of empty spaces overnight.

The atmosphere was nice and peaceful soon as we arrived. Our suite was very clean. Breakfast was Fresh & Hot✅ The pool was too little & didn't have a Jacuzzi.
