The room was nasty it was a horrible smell like dogs and smoke spoke to manager he came in with air fresher that didn’t help and didn’t do anything else he said they was sold out. It was not cleaned at all hair was all on the floor, on bed, on pillows , in tub and on toilet I will never stay again my worse stay ever

The rooms were clean but the beds are horrible. The mattress is so bad my husband and I both woke up with sore backs and hips. They need to replace them.

Bed was just terrible very uncomfortable and pillows hard as rocks. Breakfast was ok but the hot food was cold most likely would not stay here sgain

when we opened the door on our room the room had not been cleaned.The second room had a problem with the bathtub stopper.The manager had to get someone to fix the problem.Before we left the bathroom sink did not drain and we had to tell manager that it also had to be fixed.The stay was not to good.

Beds were flat and had a steel plate that would make a loud noise when someone moved. The ice machine on the 3rd floor is the only one that worked. The worker said it was a pain for him to fill the free water with ice every day. Use Google reviews not Hotel.com reviews when looking for a place to stay.

Checking in the front desk was arguing with a guest. Cops were called. The cleanliness of the hotel in general was disgusting. It smells musky.

Hot breakfast items were cold well before end of breakfast time frame. Went out for the day and came back to no turndown service. New towels were left, but bed sheets were not replaced or adjusted. Walls were so thin we could hear the kids next door screaming all morning from 6am on. Overall not the best experience for what the claimed to excell at.
