Nice and clean

Waited over an hour for the shuttle. Happened on previous trip too. Will no longer use this hotel…

They were awesome!!! We arrived at 2:50am and by 3:00 am we in in our room and ready to sleep!!! Fantastic!!! Room was clean and bed was great!!!

Arrived and parking lot was full with no where to park, finally got checked in and the young lady was very polite and pleasant. Then we got to the room and found bed bugs under the sheets, went down and the young lady relocated us and was visually shocked with the pics I showed her. Took down my information to pass onto her manager, got to the new room and after an inspection of the bed, we got ready for bed. The A/C is directly pointing at the bed and blowing on you all night, and it’s noisy. There was something splattered across the wall which obviously never got cleaned. The elevator makes noises and smells like hydraulic oil and shakes. I have yet to hear from the manager and got nothing more than a different room for the disgusting trouble I had to deal with. If you want to be disgusted just lift the mattress and look between the box spring and wall. I will never be back even though the customer service provided by the young lady working that night was very nice.

I never saw a sign for the elevator last date of service, elevator shook terribly. The showers did not have shampoo, soap or conditioner. The air conditioner, smell like it was gonna catch fire. The toilet had quite the suction and shook the tank. The walls that were supporting the shower rod were rotten, and the shower rod was leaning and could never be straightened. There was an odd phone next to the toilet. One of the blackout curtains was laying in the corner of the room when we checked in. Parking lot was completely full. Guests we’re parking next to the curb. Didn’t swim in the pool, but it looked a little on the brown side.

The staff was so nice and helpful, but Jacuzzi did not work pool was freezing cold hotel is somewhat rundown need a remodel

Hot tub look like it had algae or was dirty

Room’s smelled like smoke, you can hear everything in the next room. Hot water didn’t last long. They did clean and made the bed every day.

Good place for an overnight stay when using DIA

The convenience to the airport and value of this hotel is fantastic!

Easy check in and out. Continual breakfast was ok nothing special. Rooms were poorly maintained( bathroom didn’t drain well, cracked tile in bathroom, thermostats didn’t work)

The parking lot is very small and overcrowded. This was difficult after a late check-in with limited parking options. The staff was helpful but charged me the wrong rate. The bed was comfortable but the rooms are older and outdated. There are many other options in the airport area.

We had no hot water during our stay at the hotel. The room was also pretty dirty when we checked in. When I mentioned the hot water to the front desk, they just said "oh yeah we are working on it" but it didn't seem to get resolved. I wouldn't stay here again.

A good, solid stay. We only stayed one night, but no complaints. The lady at the front desk was genuinely helpful.

Great place for solo stay.

The hotel false advertisement the Wi-Fi doesn’t work . One of the staff members didn’t even know they had Netflix, tubi, or YouTube on their tv’s and told me if I get it to work let her know so she can use it
