DoubleTree by Hilton Denver International Airport

There needs to be more staff in the restaurant. The poor waitress, yes only one was struggling for dinner. Then we took our breakfast vouchers there in the morning and stood there for 10 minutes with out anyone coming to seat us. They saw us, a single waitress again. We left and went to a different restaurant and booked our return stay with a different hotel. But, the food the evening before, was delicious. So, good job kitchen staff!

We were not made aware of a breakfast opportunities at the hotel. If it was available it was not conveyed to the guest when we check in

This is a beautiful, well maintained place to stay! The staff was very helpful and kind. One of the best stays I’ve had!

Room was spacious and clean. Nice bathtub. Couldn't figure out how to work the TV - very complicated. Can't believe I had to pay $18 to park overnight. I should have stayed at another location since I had a rental car and didn't need the shuttle to the airport. When I flew into Denver, I stayed at the Drury Plaza Hotel Denver Central Park. It was a MUCH nicer hotel with much better amenities and I didn't have to pay to park. I chose this hotel because I had an early flight and it was close to the airport. Next time I'm in Denver I'll save the parking fee and stay @ the Drury Plaza.

Breakfast was expensive and was less impressive than free buffets. Bloody Mary/coffee bar was not open until 11-confusing for an airport serving hotel. Slow service. Overall very disappointing for any Hilton

Great location. Shuttle service was excellent

Room was comfortable, staff was great. I did not notice when booking that there is not a pool so my granddaughter was very disappointed. Otherwise great.

Good, clean & comfortable room. Had to pay to park. No coffee or breakfast provided.

I had a great stay after a LONG day of travel, 10/10 reccomend!

Bartender very professional, very good service with my drink/meal Transport from DIA was horrible, waited for shuttle for 45 min. Next day talked to man who said he was in charge of transportation, very rude, interrupted me. I traveled 33 weeks/year for 20 years, very aware of how shuttles work. I was questioned as to whether “I was in the right spot” at the airport (I was) the hotel itself was very nice, but unlikely to stay at this hotel when I return to Denver given the poor customer service re: transportation

Staff was quick to help to add person to the room and check in was quick. Room was typical and did not add my member number to my account. Charge for amenities. Room served its purpose to catch flight in the am.

Be prepared to for parking. Ridiculous.

I stayed at this DoubleTree in Denver for four nights, and the level of service was extremely disappointing. Despite making two separate requests, my room was never freshened up during my stay. Housekeeping simply did not follow through. To make matters worse, I had to repeatedly request coffee refills for my room every single day. Something as basic as keeping the in-room coffee stocked should not require daily follow-up from a guest. As a loyal Hilton customer, I expect a much higher standard of service and attention to detail. Unfortunately, this hotel fell well short of those expectations. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this property and will not be staying here again.

The room was not fully cleaned. You have to pay to park there, even as a guest. There is no pool, as advertised. They charge you an additional $50 fee that they claim will be refunded, but refuse to give you any receipt for the additional payments. Staff was rude and if you weren't a pilot or flight crew (we witnessed other interactions as well), they treated you poorly. The staff was also put out if you ordered food to be delivered, and it was not from their adjacent restaurant that was seriously overpriced and NOT kid friendly.

Great location. Nice quiet hotel. Big bed and spacious room. Nice bathroom. Nice staff.
