This place was amazing

This is a clean and well kept hotel. One of the closest to the airport. The room was nice and bed very comfortable. Places for take out or dine in are within a moderate walk. I had an early morning flight and the night clerk told me that there would be coffee and packaged breakfast items available but unfortunately for me, the morning clerk did not put them put. Thats my only gripe! I would stay here again.

Staff was very nice

Front desk had computer problems when I checked in . They did not have a record about my arrival nor did they have a room ready. I waited 2 hours before I was given a key. Other than that everything was okay.

Hotel was having issues w/ the computer, room keys & reservations. The young man at front desk was very good! He stayed pleasant, professional and worked quickly to get all the guests quickly & safely to their rooms! He should be commended! The breakfast in morning was lousy, as are all hotel "free breakfasts" now.

Breakfast was the best part. The breakfast staff was amazing. But the room wasn't clean. They couldn't move us because there wasn't another room of our size available. The pool was so cold my kids couldn't swim. We specifically choose the hotel for the heated pool. When I asked them to warm it they blew me off. Overall I was disappointed and didn't feel this hotel lived up to the Marriott standard in any way except the breakfast.

The hotel was clean. The beds and linens were very comfortable. The breakfast was ok.

Convenient to airport, especially using the shuttle and leaving our car for a week. Nice people at the front desk Needs updating since it is getting old.

Staff was great. Great location and overall a clean room.

There were not trash bags in the room. The bed was super stiff and the pillows were too soft.

Public spaces are dated and old. Room same vibe. Tv did not work and could hear ever snore from the people next door

The room was in really good shape. The breakfast which is included was quite underwhelming though.

The hotel sent directions for the shuttle pick up which made it easy - although Denver airport with all the construction work going on is not so easy to navigate. Quick checkin, friendly on the desk, and shuttle reserved for next day. Good room. Hotel is 2 minutes walk from a Ruby Tuesday for dinner. Early shuttle pick up next day, on time.

Elevators extremely slow, no ice machine on our floor, only 3 towels in room for 4

It was nice

This was a very frustrating and unacceptable stay. We walked into our room and it was set to 78 degrees—completely uncomfortable. When we tried to turn on the AC, it didn’t work at all and never cooled the room down. We were forced to deal with a hot, stuffy room overnight and had to open the windows in the morning just to get any relief. To make matters worse, the window on our second-floor room didn’t even have a screen. Traveling with a young child, that’s a serious safety concern and completely unacceptable. We reported the issue to the front desk, and they assured us the general manager would follow up. That never happened. No communication, no resolution, no accountability. Between the broken AC, the unsafe window situation, and the complete lack of follow-through, this was a very disappointing experience. I would not stay here again.

Internet was not working. Ice machine was missing on our floor. A terrible odor in the kitchen/breakfast area. Unfriendly and unhelpful staff.
