Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention Center

It was amazing! The outside pool was warm, even with snow on the pool deck.

Great all around.

Nice quick staycation! Fun hotel and great pools for kids!

The rooms need an upgrade and a good cleaning. Not the first time so I felt I needed to leave a comment.

It was a cofusinf sing layout & I worked security which was even more difficult to navigate!

Great rooms with quiet.

The hotel was beautiful and activities for grandchildren were wonderful. We loved the entire pool area, slides, lazy river, plenty of seating, and staff were usually readily available when we needed to order something. The rooms and restaurants were great. The only sadness was that several of the restaurants were not open on Sunday night, so we did not get to try all of them as we hoped.

This was one of the most wonderful, beautiful, kind staffed resorts I;ve ever stayed at. Every single person I came in contact with from the front desk, to the restraunt(s) staff, and even the cleaning staff. The Gaylord Rockies is incredibly family friendly. I would recommend this resort to ANYONE!

Staff doesn’t care. They were not helpful or inviting. You are just a number not a guest.

Tons to do, friendly staff and good food, just wish the beds were better.

We LOVED our stay here! We’ve been to the Gaylord resort in Orlando, Fl as well and also thought it was exceptional. We would gladly stay here again!

Fitness center was awesome along with the waterpark. Plan to do things around the hotel, like cornhole & huge chess!

Everything about our stay was wonderful except for the parking. You have to pay to self park on the there property. 33 dollars and night. To me that is unbelievable and then, when we came back from a trip to a families home, we found many people walking around the parking lot, there was NO security patrolling the parking lot. Other than that the this is a wonderful place and the entire staff we interacted with were absolutely the best.
