Great place

Excellent place to stay. Only discouraging part was the check in. The gentleman at the counter seemed like we were an inconvenience to him. Morning staff excellent and pleasant.

It was a good hotel

Passing thru Des Moines and just needed a place to sleep. Looking online and saw they had rooms for $106. Got 2 rooms and WOW! The rooms were huge, exceptionally clean, great beds and pillows plus the view was awesome! Will definitely stay again.

The hotel was ok, the location was excellent! But I wouldn’t choose to stay here again, the breakfast was weak at best. The hotel & parking lot was a bit dirty. Charged for parking that I didn’t know when I made the reservation.

Very nice , clean and modern hotel in the downtown area. Fairly quiet and comfortable. We got in late and there were few places nearby to eat. Not good for walking around after dark there anyway. Great breakfast! Nice staff.

Breakfast is advertised until 9:30 a.m. on weekends, but when my family and I arrived at 9:00 a.m., many items were already gone. Bacon, juice, and several types of bread were either missing or being replenished very slowly. It didn’t feel like the full breakfast experience that should still be available at that time.

Clerk when you checked in was less than friendly. However, room was fine and breakfast was ok.

Rooms were immaculate and staff very friendly. Breakfast was lovely albeit they could do with bread for toasting. Easy walk into town for lots of restaurants and bars

We found used needles in our hotel room. Staff was extremely apologetic however we found the level of cleanliness unacceptable. We had young children with us and it was very unsettling to know that this type of item would be left behind and not cleaned!

Was right down town, easy to get to.

The room is clean , the staff are very friendly. We have a nice stay.

There also was a group of college girls in the room next to us that blasted music till 3 am. After attempting to call the front desk 4 times at midnight and no one answering, I gave up and just laid awake till they turned it off. When raising my concerns with the front desk in the morning, they were less than helpful. I asked the guy there if he was there last night because I had attempted to call, he replied no. When I told him why he said “oh”. And did absolutely nothing.

Great location The bar/restaurant wasn’t open when we stayed there.
