Very clean and newly renovated rooms. I thought there would be bacon and scrambled eggs for breakfast, but there wasn't any.

Staff was helpful, breakfast was excellent, room was clean and well kept. Only complaint is that one of the shuttle drivers, was not very friendly, was not on time and drove like a maniac.

The rooms were nice and clean, the lobby was clean. The only issue is that the parking lot is incredibly small. I would still rent a room there again. Just park in the back and not the front lot.

Parking was easy, shuttle to the airport was also great. I was able to ride with to get my son to the airport and checked in and then a ride back to the hotel. Breakfast was okay. Everything else was amazing! Staff was friendly and helpful, Thank you!

They gave us an extra hour for late check out which was very helpful. The beds were very comfy and cozy.

Breakfast was poor and cold, we contacted the front desk personnel to ask for someone to pick the garbage…. She said leave outside the door and the front desk staff were not pleased and not so friendly

El año pasado el desayuno era mejor, pueden intercambiar por que todos los días Huevos hervido no es muy amigable. Y por lo menos pongan una maquinaria para hacer waffles.

It’s a nice and basic hotel near OHare. The broken car charger for non Teslas was a bummer.
