The staff at the reception was very helpful and courteous. Rooms are big. Location is good as its near the airport. There is a free airport shuttle which is so convenient. All was good. Nothing we didnt like

Interesting, modern design. The only item missing from the room was a microwave oven.

Hotel is located in a nice area of Doral, FL. Staff very helpful and friendly. Rooms should be refresh and maintained better.

The price was right Shuttle from airport was catch as catch can and took an hour to arrive at its preferred pickup zone. All food service stops at 9 PM, can't even get bar food at bar.

The check in process was quick and easy. Front desk person was very professional. I had dinner at the bar and the food was good. The bartender was very friendly. Lastly, I left some items in the room safe behind. I called the hotel and they are assisting me to get my items back to me.
