Nice restaurants were within walking distance

Good stay. Just need a computer instead of wireless printer because many ppl are cruising during summer seasons

Breakfast was really good as well, with lots of choices. Welcoming and very accommodating, I would def book again!

The hotel was clean. The breakfast was great. The airport shuttle was a plus and can be used until 11pm. The shuttle driver was friendly and gave suggestions to places to eat close by since we arrived late at night. Booked this hotel because the shuttle also takes you to the port(paying a fee). I called a couple days before arriving to reserve 2 spots on the shuttle and Alejandro (person who works the front desk) told me that I didn't have to reserve at that moment that I could do so when I checked-in. The day I checked-in I asked the girl about the shuttle to the port to which she informed me that the spaces where already booked that I had to call before-hand and reserve the spots. Thank God the Uber came out the same price as the shuttle fee. So if using the shuttle to the port, please call and insist they reserve the spots.

Accessing the shuttle at the airport was to no avail but the return was good. Breakfast was also good.

The room was clean. Breakfast was horrible. The eggs were soggy and with no taste. There was no variety so to speak.

Room and bathroom were both very clean. Convenient location. Gym was well equipped. Breakfast was also enjoyable, it did have a decent variety. Hotel shuttle was also a plus.

Hemos elegido este hotel en varias ocasiones y nos encanta ver que se sigue manteniendo en excelentes condiciones con el paso de los años. Las habitaciones están en perfecto estado, limpias y cómodas. El desayuno incluido siempre es un gran acierto para empezar bien el día, y la ubicación es inmejorable, a minutos de tiendas y muy buenos restaurantes. El personal es súper servicial. ¡Seguiremos repitiendo sin dudarlo!

The staff was friendly, the room was very clean, and the breakfast was excellent. We liked it very much and would definitely stay here again.

This is a nice, clean hotel with friendly staff. However, I should note that the shuttle service is not very convenient. It only runs every hour and only upon request. We were not aware that it had to be requested and wound up taking a cab from the airport. It is a solid 15 minute drive from the airport to the hotel without traffic, so if there is traffic it could take longer.
