I had a wonderful stay, completely elevated by the outstanding service at the front desk. Martha made the booking and reservation process incredibly smooth and stress-free. Lesly was also fantastic, securely holding my UPS packages so they were ready for me right when I arrived. It is so rare to find staff this attentive and helpful. Martha and Lesly truly made me feel welcome and well taken care of. Highly recommend this property!

Big bathroom Absolutely not clean, outside of the refrigerator was disgusting. The check-in process after 10 PM is horrific..

My special needs son was threatened verbally and physically by a long term resident at the hotel . I will never stay there again . Police were called and nothing happened. I did not feel safe

The greeting staff was excellent, but there were technical issues with the entrance door. We had to go in to the room through another entrance from the building and I have issues walking and it was not good. Also, my room was on the 3 rd floor and the elevator was out of order! 🫣☹️😬

Location The lady at the front desk refused my stay due to. I had a service animal, and they had no more pet rooms, but due to it, ADA rules and regulations they are not supposed to restrict me to one specific room. I had brought this to her attention and she called her manager and her manager doubled down on it and refused me to stay again.

The staff was very friendly. The gentleman went downstairs and got me new keys because mine was not working and he spotted me in the hallway, getting frustrated trying to open the door so he walked downstairs because the elevator was not working on this particular day besides the elevator being out of order and the third floor smelling like straight up marijuana. Everything was great.

We did not stay here. We arrived at 10pm, parking lot dark, front desk was closed, did not look safe. We never checked in and should not have been charged.
