The hotel was nice for what we were there for. We had 2 king size rooms that were clean. The maintenance team needs to run some drano through the bathtubs and the window had water damage from a broken window seal.

Considering where we started this trip, everything would be 5 stars, but there were definitely some things. We checked in at a weird time where we couldn't get keys because they wouldn't work. Not a big deal, the desk clerk let us into our room. The room was clean, and the clerk was nice which was completely the opposite of the hotel we'd just left after less than an hour. Breakfast wasn't horrible, though I'm not sure it's actually worth paying for considering what you can get on most hotels free Continental breakfast, but again, not horrible. There was maintenance requiring water to the building being turned off, which I understand has to happen sometime, just the timing was inconvenient on what had been a pretty rough trip to start with. We were in town for a national bowling competition and getting things turned around after a rocky start went a long way to easing the nerves of our competitor and his stressed out parents. Thank you for not adding to the struggles we were experiencing.

Wood on doors was pretty beat up.

Also, this was on a Sunday morning (5-31-26). The breakfast buffet was out of half the food and the woman working the kitchen said she wouldn’t have more until Thursday. That’s just unprofessional if you say you have a continental breakfast, and don’t have most of the food for most of the week. The cereal was stale and the oatmeal wasn’t cooked, but was just soaking in warm water.

Room was clean. The staff was nice.

We didn't get breakfast with our room. Our beds were comfortable and the room was clean . We were very pleased that they got us into our room earlier so we could get ready for a graduation. The staff was very pleasant and helpful we did need glasses for beverages We were bothered five times with someone who kept trying to open our door. We called down and someone said they would come up and look around. Never heard back . It was after 1:30am when they finally stopped. They didn't have cameras in the hallway which makes us very uncomfortable being two women travelling alone . Our room was up on 4th floor in a corner where it would be easy for someone to be aggressive . I didn't get to much sleep and thought we would be in a restful place .

During my day April 25/26, my carpet in room 101 was drenched needing to have fans running the entire time. The odor was a very strong musty/mildew type smell which caused my son and I both to have headaches. The receptionist was very understanding and helpful but the room was unacceptable.

We had someone break into our hotel room while we were at dinner. I had to change rooms and asked the hotel for a refund but they were unable to meet the request because I used booking.com they said. I did not feel safe staying at this hotel even tho they switched us rooms. The person literally broke the door lock to get into our room.

Convenient to the OSU Wexner facility. Offered a great rate for a couple night stay. Didnt utilize any amenities other than the Snacks in the lobby which were insanely high. $8.00 for an ice cream bar. We didn’t eat the breakfast offered at 7.95 a person but it looked good. Only complaint with our room was peeling wallpaper in the bathroom. It was very clean & was what we expected for the price.

Rooms were a little outdated and need some work. The doors and frames were very scratched and had many nicks and gouges in them. The first room I was given had a huge dip in the floor and the dresser the TV was on was leaning forward where the big dip in the floor was. But they moved me to the room next to it. The elevators were not very clean. The outdoor court yard had beer cans and garbage all over and the trash can was overflowing and was that way for 3 days before it was picked up.
