Red Roof Inn Plus Columbus - Dublin 

It was OK for our purposes of staying for a few days while my partner had surgery 4 hours from home. Air conditioner only worked if it was turned off then back on every few hours. Toilet didn’t flush completely on first or second try. Coffee was not replenished. Main office staff was flat and nonchalant except for the first night - she was very kind and talkative. Housecleaning and maintenance staff were friendly. Check in and check out was easy. Room was very small and not much room for duffles or backpacks or anything else really. But it worked for our purposes and was inexpensive.

This property is old. It’s in need of a lot of repairs. Lots of mold on outside and mold on the ceiling of the bathroom. The rooms are small. The staff did a great job with what they had to work with to provide a clean room. Bedding was yellowed and questionable. Everything is just old. Looks like management is trying to do a few things. The price is awful for the room. Way too much money for this property. I thought for $200 a night we would have nicer rooms. More like the low end budget room. Birds had nests in areas on the hotel and need to be gotten rid of. They chirped all night and flew around during the day. Would never stay here again.

Good value. Good location. Helpful. Decent room. It's about an average Red Roof. I will return when I need an inexpensive room in Dublin.

Housekeeping was not good. I spilled water on the floor and when I wiped it up the towel was filthy! The next day I left a five dollar tip and asked for the floor to be mopped. I think it was mopped in the center at least because the room smelled clean. Coffee supplies were not refilled unless I specifically asked. Our trash was not taken out except 2 times the whole week stay. And that didn’t happen unless I set it in the middle of the room to make it obvious. When I asked housekeeping for anything there seemed to be a language barrier. I got coffee supplies at the main lobby. When I asked for towels pointing to the items and speaking did get me the things I needed.

Very friendly

The location. It takes 6-7 flushes to get toilet paper to go down. A dog was left in the room next door and barked for over an hour. The inside door handle came off when we tried to get out. The TV didn’t work. It doesn’t look anything like the pictures on its website!!

Location was easy to find. Rooms were outdated but clean. Light above bathroom vanity did not work and shampoo/soap dispensers in shower were empty. Also, the ice machine was out of order and when asking staff was told other customers just go to the gas station down the street to buy some.

The beds were extremely comfortable and the location was very close to the Memorial Golf Tournament.

Comfortable bed, clean room, daily housekeeping. Good value for basic accommodation even if it looks a little sketchy on first sight.

Rooms and bathroom are very small. The AC unit was old and very loud like a lawnmower but they did replace it later in the week. The floors and carpet areas were filthy. The location was very convenient. The last night I was there another guest had their car stereo blaring for about 30 minutes, but turned it off by 10:30 pm or so.

Close to highway and close to a ton of good restaurants! Easy access, clean, great staff

Check in was very mediocre to poor; I stop in the lobby and to get checked in I had to wait on the staff member to get out of a parked car that was outside the building-after standing there a couple of minutes I wasn’t sure if anyone was working the desk or not until she finally came. Also, her attitude wasn’t the greatest- it amazes me how someone with that type of attitude can be the first person a guest sees when they walk in…

Close to 270 We checked out first night just hours after arriving. People were in parking lot drinking and doing drugs. Police arrived. Same group was on both sides of my room; I refused to stay.

Could not open or get out any soap from dispenser in tub.

Staffs were gracious and accommodating. It’s an old property but clean. No elevators. Plenty of parking.

Very convenient location. Old property compared to other properties around. Dublin city is quite a happening place and got its unique identity whereas this budget motel provides option for the budget conscious travelers. The staff were incredible. They tried to help their level best. But the rooms need some upgrade. There were spiders, cockroaches, water faucets, not very clean. The safety vault was locked. Door locks were not updated. So, overall the property needs some renovation.

Pretty clean. Smooth check in and check out. The location worked for me. The bed was comfy. Good water pressure. As soon as I entered, the room smelled a little smokey even though it was supposed to be smoke free. I could smell it on my clothes after leaving. The AC is a little loud. There are spots in the ceiling.
