The front desk. The shower head leaked bad causing horrible water pressure

I was very surprised that there was not a complementary breakfast. As I was showering in the morning, I found a washcloth hanging over my shower curtain from a previous person’s stay. As this hotel was connected to a casino when I came home Friday evening from visiting my relatives I had to park significantly far away from the front door of the hotel. That was a safety issue for me.

Location easy to Q Casino, easy indoor connection. Can use available restaurants at both adjacent hotels. The elevator floors needed a good cleaning and the room could have been a little cleaner.

Decent room but not the room I booked. Apparently they overbooked jacuzzi suites or comped one so I had to stay in a regular suite even when I paid for a jacuzzi suite. Other than that the room and pool were clean.

The front desk person wouldn't adjust the hot tub hours which many hotels have done for me because there were kids in the thing all night Saturday night and I wanted to get in a half hour early Sunday before I had to umpire

I had a really pleasant stay overall. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. One of the biggest highlights was the convenience of being directly connected to the casino—it made everything so easy and added a fun element to the trip without needing to travel anywhere. That said, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. The walls seemed a bit thin, so I could occasionally hear noise from neighboring rooms and the hallway. It wasn’t a dealbreaker, but something to be aware of if you’re a light sleeper. I was also a little surprised that breakfast wasn’t included, which would have been a nice touch for the price.
