Arrived at 9:30 EST PM and checked in. Once we got the room number, opened the door and room was dirty. No linens had been changed. There was trash from previous occupant. The bathroom hadn't been cleaned. Waited about 40 minutes for management to clean room. It's unfortunate that we weren't offered a discount.

We loved our stay. Impeccably modern, tastefully decorated, and clean. The girls at the front desk and breakfast area were extremely friendly and helpful. The room and pool and hot tub were clean and fresh. Breakfast was well stocked and delicious. We honestly cannot think of anything that we would improve or change.

This property is in a unique location tucked off the interstate behind a truckstop and a motel. Navigation may try to take you through the truckstop parking lot, which was blocked by 18 wheelers. Once you get to the hotel, it is very nice inside. My only complaint was the coffee machine only had decaf coffee for our 6:30 AM departure. The person on staff was sitting in the lounge on her cell phone rather than making sure everything was prepared for their breakfast. The hotel itself was very nice.
