Clean room. Great water pressure. Free popcorn in evening I believe until 10. Free cookies until gone. Breakfast was ok. Great coffee. Wonderful service.

The room was clean and what we expected for a 3 star hotel. Walls / ceilings thin so you heard people above you and beside you.

Had a great stay for my first time being in Durango.

Location is a little bit out of town so you have to drive into town and pay for parking which is a hassle for me because I’m handicapped and parking is very difficult for me, other than the train ride and dining there is not really much to do in Durango. The usual tourist traps are everywhere so I moved on to Grand Canyon the next day.

Overall amenities were good. I liked the gym. Free breakfast and coffee was also good. The breakfast foods were low quality. I could barely tell the scrambled eggs were eggs at all...almost no taste and very thin. Because of that we didn't eat any. There should be half n half cream available for coffee.

Room was clean, cold, and comfortable. Good breakfast with eggs, meat, and biscuits & gravy. A good nights stay.

Other than the dog barking in the room next to us, a dead battery in a smoke detector and a bathroom sink that drained ever so slowly it was a nice stay.

The rooms were very clean and the breakfast was very excellent except for the scrambled eggs. Definitely had better.

Pool was good wished they had a hot tub instead of a sauna it took too long to heat up. Elevator is too slow. Continental breakfast was good.

The janitor was always busy cleaning and getting trash removed. Manger was helpful and friendly.
