Sheraton Imperial Hotel Raleigh-Durham Airport/RTP

If you are traveling with children this was not the atmosphere for them.

This was an amazing property; it really exceeded my expectations. The staff was AMAZING! The restaurant/bar and breakfast were good. Perfect for traveling.

Reception staff unfriendly. Gave me a room that was already occupied including a key to open the door. Hallway smelled like cigarettes. I would not stay here again.

Good location by the airport, rooms were nice and spacious. Great stay but staff was just ok, not incredibly helpful. Would stay again for the convenience and location, and accommodations — but the hotel staff took away from the experience.

Notifying guest that the gym is offsite and not 24hrs.

Very clean. convenient location. Staff was friendly. Room cleaning came very late so skipped it.

The coffee shop out front was empty of supplies and food and was so slow. The bartender was the nicest person we met. There are plenty of other nice places to stay for the money.

Really, not much. The experience was so bad in the check-in process, that couldn't really enjoy anything of the hotel. The only thing I could say was good, were the pillows Arrived at 11:00 pm with my wife, after a long trip and very tired. There was no one in the front desk and other couples waiting in front of us. Waited 15 minutes for someone to arrive. When someone showed up he was with the other guests in front of us for another 15min. and then he left again and came back ten minutes later. Asked him what was going on. His response was "please wait a minue'. In the end we had to wait for another 15 minutes when we finally got to the check in desk. He told me that they were trying to get us a room (!!!). Waited another 10 min and he told us he got a room for us but sent someone to check it to confirm. Another 10 min and we finally got the key to our room. In summary it took us more than an hour from the moment we walked in front of the check-in desk until we got a room. Worst experience ever in an hotel which we had reserved well in advance.

room was clean but the food was not great. i ordered for pasta with medium rare steak and my steak was burnt. overpriced food not worth for the price

No hot tub or inside pool.

Room was clean and nice however after leaving out and coming back in my keycard didn't work. Walked all the way to the front retrieved another key card for that one one to work either! The hound lady at the desk was so polite , she walked another card to me ! But it wasn't the card , the keypad itself broke. So I ended up having to move rooms :(

Overbooking is a problem and a practice at this hotel. A reservation booked by a third party is weighted far less than reservations booked using the BonVoy Marriott app or website.

Parking is quite a walk and you can't get into many doors that are closer to parking areas
