The place is very nice and i felt very safe being there. the room and beds were very comfortable.

Booked Par-A-Dice through Expedia for a VIP stay and Melissa at the front desk made it exceptional. I asked about a suite upgrade and she personally took the time to make it happen. She was professional, kind, and a huge help. The suite and property were great, but Melissa’s service is why we’ll be back.

The Hotel is very nice and clean. It's a bit of a walk to the casino or you can wait for a shuttle. Parking lot has plenty of parking spots.

did not like having to pay a resort fee and there was not resort no breakfast if resort wouldnt that be included witth the price

The hotel was clean and staff was super friendly. The Tin Lizard restaurant was sooo good and super friendly staff there too. I would definitely go back:)

Staff were extremely rude. There was a huge power outage in the area. And they were not very accommodating at all. And very rude to anyone trying to see if there was any way to reimburse anything. The cleaning staff was the only helpful staff with anything..

This hotel was very very clean. Staff was also nice. Parking was good. I loved the security feature of needing your room key to operate the elevator. Although we didn’t use the casino, They do have a shuttle bus on the property to take you to/from the casino and parking lot. The location is very convenient. Located near a ton of stores. Overall I enjoyed my stay and plan to stay again.
