The door to the room didn't fit properly & there was a roach in the room - so I just could not sleep in a room like that

There was nothing good about the facility I live in Georgia my granddaughter lost power so I got her a hotel room for the night because of the heat I booked it through Booking.com paid for it and I called my granddaughter gave her the confirmation number and told them to go to the motel. After getting there, the front desk told her that she had to pay $100 deposit so she called me and I talked to the front desk said that it was already paid for and that Booking.com had my credit card information. They insisted that I had to give them $100 or she would not have gotten a room so I ended up paying the hundred dollars through my credit card. The first room that was given to my granddaughter was dirty. The sheets were dirty and had a bunch of blood stains on it. My granddaughter called me and told me about it so I told her to go down and ask for a different room so she ended up going and getting a different room and about 11 and 12. there four year-old son started crying. My granddaughter got up to check on him and found bedbugs on him. I will submit a picture of one of the bedbugs so they ended up leaving the motel wanted a refund and the management refused. I have notified Booking.com, but I wanted other people to make sure that they did not go to the motel.

It appeared as if everywhere in the building was under construction.

There was not much for breakfast. There was a chirping noise every 30 seconds coming from the main level that could be heard on the 3rd floor (probably a smoke alarm battery that needed changed). I was disappointed there was no fitness room.

No pool, no hot tub

The first room we were given had an issue with the headboard coming off of the wall. We were moved to another room that smelled like cigarette smoke and had a broken air conditioning unit. Worst night sleep of my life.

The staff was helpful and friendly although the hotel was very outdated and run down. Needs a good make over.

I stayed for 7 nights, never was the room cleaned, trash emptied, of towels replaced.

Didn't have breakfast. Location was close to where I was going. I was over billed 100$. And can't get any help disputing this charge. Will never stay in this brand hotel again. Booked for cheaper price since only sleeping there. Couldn't even get the TV to work. Checking in was slow for site/internet speed. Took over 20 minutes and then had to come back to give my cc. Then overcharged!!

Room was dirty. Very upset about the $150 deposit that was not mentioned when I reserved the room. If I was going to pay $150 at a hotel room, it would have been at a much nicer hotel than this one. The hotel smelled dirty when we walked in.

Not so much with breakfast options.

Clean enough, if a little run-down. Staff was helpful, the alarms were going off while I was there. Breakfast was a little sparse and the hot water dispenser didn't work.

Rooms were fine, was charged a security deposit I wasn’t aware of but it was refunded. A little over priced for what you get and the location.
