La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Chattanooga - East Ridge

Came in pretty late, barely any parking available. Manager at front desk said she’s leaving now and she’ll give me her spot up front. After 30 min waiting by the car I finally found a parking all the way in the back. Not very safe property area I would add. But I find it odd that employees park in front and guests have to find parking at 11pm. Also the noise on the hallway during night hours from other guests is unbearable. Won’t come back

The hotel was very clean, bathroom was beautiful, bedrooms bright and airy with good storage. Breakfast was lovely and fresh, great choices. Staff were helpful.

Great customer service. Rooms were clean. Convenient location. Pet friendly. Very comfortable. The towel holder broke. But staff was very quick to respond.

Good breakfast. It was somewhat hard to figure out how to turn down the A/C in the room.

The hotel was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and we were given a room close to the entrance, which was convenient. The gym was well-maintained, and the breakfast had a good.

Our room's fridge had mold in it. The person at the desk came and took pics and then came back and cleaned it. Also we were trying to get to bed early since we were going to leave at 4:00 in the morning and it was very noisy with a motorcycle going up and down the road out front every 3 minutes really loudly. There were 3 of us in the room and there were only 2 washcloths. You had to sit in just the right spot for the remote to work on the tv. The air conditioner didn't work properly either. The room never cooled down to the temp we wanted. Just a rough night overall.

We stayed on our way to Minnesota and liked it so much that we stayed on our way back home. Love the facility and the staff was excellent. The bathroom was a dirty, but everything else was great!!

Nice clean room & building. Amazing bed & pillows had such a wonderful night sleep

School. We weren’t sure of the area but it ended up being a great property & he felt safe!
