Location was very convenient, just a minute off I75. The on-duty clerk was extremely welcoming and friendly. The room was amazing, very very clean. It reminded me of a tiny house with everything I would need to live! The breakfast eggs were too wet and runny, gravy had a weird gummy texture (this is coming from someone who routinely makes sausage gravy from scratch), and I would have liked a meat choice such as a sausage patty. Breakfast isn't a big deal to me, so it wouldn't impact my decision to stay here again (at all).

Everything about this hotel was great! The room, the staff, the breakfast!!!!

Easy to reach, good parking space, spacious rooms, nice view, friendly staff, short distance to downtown Breakfast is meh.

CLEAN and the staff was helpful and friendly. Wish there was an onsite restaurant or bar, but the staff was helpful in finding something near.

We stayed here as a halfway point on our way to the gulf coast. The room was very clean, the property was beautiful with nice outdoor and indoor sitting areas and amenities. We appreciated having the kitchenette. I loved the mimosa trees near the parking lot. The person who checked us in was nice and friendly. The view from our room was nice and the building is in a quiet location. Our one complaint was the people in the room above us walked very heavily and we heard between 1:00-2:00 in the morning, constantly walking back and forth. My husband and I didn’t sleep very well because of this but that was out of the hotel’s control. We would stay at this location again.

The room sizes! Just amazing for the price!! Have traveled with two goldendoodles back in October of 2026 when we were moving to FL and that was our first time coming to this hotel. Purposely booked the same hotel for this most recent stay because I was AMAZED with the facility! This time around we were moving our duaghter to FL after she just graduated from University of Iowa. HIGHLY recommend this hotel!!!!!!! The continental breakfast was ok, was a bit surprised with how everything else was amazing but then the breakfast just didn't match the amazingness the facility itself gave.

Location was excellent and was close to interstate. Parking lot could be bigger.

Nice room with small stovetop, full size fridge, microwave, dishwasher and even cookware and dishes/utensils. Wine glasses and silverware, everything you need. Quiet property away from busy intersections with a gorgeous sunrise/sunset view. Kid friendly, nice lounge area outside with a fire pit and grill.

Found this hotel very lean, new and loaded with amenities! The breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever had at an overnight hotel. The room also was set up for a longer stay. All staff were very welcoming!
