Perfect for business travel

Clean room.

The rooms were a nice size. The ly had a hot breakfast that was good.

And this was not my 1st visit to this hotel. It works perfect for me to visit with family.

Everything was wonderful!

They were very helpful when I had a family emergency! Very understanding & thoughtful staff! I’ll definitely stay there again!

The room had a strong musky smell since the ac wasn’t working and the maintenance personnel had left for the day but we ended getting a 50% refund which made up for mishap. Kudos to Luis from the front desk who was awesome.

Breakfast started serving at 6:30 am which is a bit late considering a lot of travelers need to leave before 6 to catch 8 am flights.

The bathroom shower head was broken, water faucet was leaking when turned on. Wifi and AC did not work. Bed was itchy. I do not recommend this hotel.

The floors had lots of cracking sounds and being on the first floor, we could hear every movement from the above room

This hotel is close to the airport, and has a free shuttle to and from there. The staff were exceptionally helpful and stored our luggage before we could check in. They also allowed room was clean and comfortable. The pool was great. The breakfast had a good variety and included hot items, and the dining area was large. There were some restaurants within a block of the hotel, and a city bus stops out front. Would stay here again.

I’ve stayed at many properties and I was surprised at how dated and poor the conditions were at this location, especially for the price. I am not recommending this hotel.

The staff—from the airport shuttle drivers to housekeeping—was terrific. All were warm, professional, accommodating. The hotel showed signs of wear that could easily be rectified.

This is a great value in La. But you guys know the property and the beds are dated and the bathrooms are wore out . Staff is amazing!

My husband went downstairs to speak with the receptionist, and the only solution she offered was a fan. A few minutes later, security showed up with a fan like around 1 AM, with two kids, in a hot room, with no working outlets to even charge our phones. That was her “solution.” I went down myself to ask for a room change, and she told me there were no rooms available, only the fan. Then she added that if I wanted to go to another hotel, I was “welcome to do that” and she would refund me. Imagine being told that at almost 2 AM with two little kids. So that’s exactly what I did, I left and booked a much better hotel for a better price. Save your time, your money, and your sanity. Do NOT come to this place.

Good service for transportation to and from airport.

Easy shuttle to airport in the morning, good breakfast with lots of choices, friendly staff, nice pool and fire pits. Bed was comfortable, bathroom clean. Run down. Room had musty, moldy odor. Room on first floor was noisy with parties outside at night and people rolling suitcases outside our sliding glass door in the morning. Had trouble finding airport pickup location and then waited an hour. When the shuttle came it was nearly full already so many people had to wait even longer. $300 was too much for this room.
