This was a good location for the proximity of a work trip. I came back to my room mid-week and the housekeeping had removed the shower curtain but did not replace it.

Property was very clean. The neighborhood has nothing to offer, but is close to the freeway for easy access to I-90. Easy off and easy on.

Beautiful hotel! Will stay here again.

Free parking a great plus

It wasn’t a bad stay, but it seems most of the staff has wet brains. Everyone was nice, but it just seemed a little silly there. Our shower didn’t work so we had to move rooms. Not a big deal. I must’ve misread that there was breakfast available, meaning the restaurant served breakfast for a charge. The front desk told me breakfast started at 6 AM, we went downstairs and the chef had just walked in and was about to open the restaurant, it was 615. He said it would be a little bit until he opened. I asked if there was a menu to look at and he said no, but he would tell me what he had available. We passed on that. We also asked a front desk staff member if there was any local transportation that picked up nearby like a train or a bus and the gentleman said no. Then we noticed that a bus literally picks up right outside of the hotel on the main street. Just a strange stay but not terrible.

My room was impeccable. Quiet and most comfortable bed besides mine I’ve slept in in a long time!

Nice property but lead to believe that breakfast was provided which was not the case. Had to pay for breakfast at the Hotel restaurant. Will not be staying there again.

My husband and I stayed here for two nights. We were sight seeing in Chicago. The hotel was very clean. When we were touring on the second day, the cleaning staff came in and freshened up the room. They remade the bed, brought indore towels, wiped off counters, cleaned the bathroom, changed the shower curtain and vacuumed. I appreciate cleanliness. I slept very well, the bed was wonderful. I booked over a month ahead of our stay, and we got a wonderful deal- only $250 for 2 nights. We will definitely be booking here again. We had a wonderful stay.

This hotel is nothing special and incredibly average, but it was clean, affordable, and everything worked. Can’t ask for much more.

Good location to ORD with easy access to I-90.

The rooms were very clean, the staff was nice, easy check in and check out. Biggest downfall was that there really wasn’t anything super close or within walking distance to eat unless you walked over a bridge near heavy traffic. Location isn’t the best but it was a sufficient. Elevators were a little questionable and they only had one luggage cart available so if it was a busy time you were waiting or had to just carry your luggage on your own.
