Staff was polite, checked in with no issues. Room was clean. I would stay here again if in the area.

Very good and affordable

Power was out for 4 hours and when it came back on elevators were out. Then the ac in the room broke so I had to move in the middle of the stay. Not ideal. But over all good place. Quiet. Clean, and new.

Rooms were nice and property was clean. Wish that it had breakfast and pool.

Didn't like going to the lobby the next morning finding out that several vehicles were broke into over night.

I love this place because it's like a mini apartment. I can cook my own meals, if I want. Perfect fit I bought the travel insurance when I booked this trip. I wasn't sure if I would need to stay as long as I had reserved it for. I no longer was needed here, so I checked out on the 27th of May. I was told I would be charged for the 27th even though I left before 11. I received an update showing I was billed for my full, original reservation. This is very upsetting to me since I had purchased the travel insurance. I spoke to someone with Booking.com. I was told the facility would be notified of my early check out, and if they declined to reimburse me then the insurance department would take care of things. I've been home for a week now and have not heard back from Booking.com. This is a big deciding factor if I'll ever use the site again

The inside was very clean and nice! The biggest reason for my one-star review is the lack of exterior security cameras. Last night, at least seven vehicles—including my own—had their windows smashed out in the parking lot. While the inside of the hotel is beautiful and the rooms are great, it’s hard to overlook such a major security concern. To say I am frustrated is an understatement. I expected a higher level of security and guest safety. The hotel itself is nice, but the lack of outdoor surveillance is a serious concern and something future guests should be aware of.

Nice hotel, suite was clean and spacious. Kitchenette was nice. Room was not ready at checkin time so we had to wait for an hour in the lobby, which was disappointing.

I would definitely stay here again. Everything was good the room was nice and clean and the staff was nice.

The room was clean and comfortable. The only thing we found that was a bit of a drawback was the coffee in the room was a few months expired. Still tasted ok though. Bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. Couldn’t hear any of the neighboring folks. We had our two pups with us and there was plenty of room for all of us in the suite. The kitchenette was very nice to have and was the biggest reason we chose this hotel. Refrigerator and freezer are super convenient when traveling!

Front desk was amazing! Service was top of the line definitely recommend!
